Bill McCrea's Cyber Niche Finder Tool Any Users?

Does anyone have and understand what determines a good keyword using Bill McCrea's Cyber Niche Finder tool that comes along with Above The Matrix

The only reason I ask is that I have used it a few times and I'm reluctant to go through with building a site around any of the suggestion's it churns out as I'm unsure how it arrives at the figure for determining what's good and what's bad

All the best

    Hi George,

Yeah - the Cyber Niche Finder has this to say regarding it's data:

    "About The Credits
What makes this software unique is it uses the authorized Google Adwords API to get it's data. This ensures we are always able to reliably deliver Google data directly.

Google charges for this data based on usage and our credit system is based on the way they charges are calculated.

Each time you run a report your account is deducted 10 credits. For each resulting keyword in the report your account is deducted 0.2 credits. For example if you run a request 100 keywords the report will deduct 30 credits."

While I hate the 'credit' system idea - the numbers look accurate to me. I did previously go through the Google keyword tool to check the data, then went to the Google search engine as well and found that the "Indexed Pages" column in the tool reports back the same number as if you had put your search keyword phrase in quotes. That method is also taught in the Google Sniper method, so it was familiar and I understand what those results are. It seems to be good information and a decent tool.
