TubeAutomator allows you to make money of other people's video, but it is more profitble to use videos of your own.

It is basically a YouTube backlink generator, which also gets a tremendous amount of traffic to your website. I look at it more as a traffic builder than anything. Most of my sites are in the top 5 in my chosen keywords, so it really helps there as well. I get more organic traffic coming from YouTube with the sites I promote there as opposed to organic Google Search traffic.
