How to Kill 2 Birds with 1 CRM?

Hello Warriors!

I'm planning an e-commerce website -- whoopdee do, right?

Okay, hear me out...

I was already set on using Aweber as my email provider, but...

I also need CRM software -- to basically track everything -- online and off -- from who is clicking thru but not buying, to how much money they're spending and how often, to what page they're bailing from the website, to who is coming from which offline promotion etc., etc. and everything inbetween -- and also, of course, the ability to segment the list.

So, like I said, basically all the data I need to know about how best to market my online products for the highest ROI.

And now, here's the catch...

I understand that there are some CRM platforms that include email systems, i.e., auto responders and such.

InfusionSoft is one -- but I've heard way to may negative things about them, and experienced it also on the receiving end. Plus, the cost is prohibitive at this point.

Salesforce I understand is too much for an itty bitty startup -- they're basically for enterprise level operations, so I'm told. If I'm lucky I might have 20 products to sell in a year's time and maybe 1,000-2,000 names and email addresses.

The other critical element -- it has to be easy and intuitive.

My strength is in sales and marketing -- the back end machinery of an online operation is all greek to me -- it crosses my eyes, which is a whole 'nother story for another post.

And, lastly, it needs to be relatively cheap -- relative to the fact that it could be a while, a long while, before I seen any appreciable income, much less profits.

My first goal is to develop a BIG list -- as any marketer worth the name should.

So let me know your thoughts, and thanks for hearing me out.
