Anyone know of a cheap Affiliate Marketing program to sell to customers ??

Yeah I have a site that is geared around my traffic making money without spending money (mainly CPA involving Paid Surveys)

But eventually I want to give the opportunity to get them into Affiliate Marketing and want to offer them a cheap but good basic program to learn about affiliate marketing.

I tried the Rick Jerk but they are no longer in business

Any suggestions for something around $10 or so which would have basic but solid info. I could offer them ??
