What are the best tools you have used to create multiple accounts and to tweet from them simultaneously?

Are there free solutions?

I started using TweetAdder 3 days ago and it just works as i want. Getting all things on AUTOPILOT. Check this out if you are looking for automation.

Tweet deck is a good one.
The best tool I know of it the smartphone for easy quick anywhere tweets, but not sure if there is anything to link the Andriod to multiple accounts.

I have not use any, so maybe this information will be usefull for me, too. But i realize that tweetdeck has good feedbacks (search in Google.)
