Twitter Account Suspension?

I have heard a lot everywhere about not doing aggressive following as it will result in suspension of your Twitter account. My question is have you ever seen somebody that his account actually been suspended or have you had the experience yourself?

once, when i was a completely newbie, i used the tweetattacks, in a very bd way, and after three days i got banned.
Now i have learnt, and i do not have prblems with these kind of twitter accounts
