Default Traffic source Review Adf.ly

hi everyone,

As I been browsing the web, I came a cross one of the ads for Adf.ly company for the paid ads. With there offer of 1000 for as cheap as one dollar I though to check these guys.

Their website ranked 179 on alexa, and as far as publisher reviews, they mentioned they are legitimate (they pay) but my question is anyone had an experience advertising with them ? Do they worth the money ?

I tried to check the reviews on google but haven't find any advertiser review. The only review I found was on the warrior forum in an old post. A member discussed the website, and mentioned he paid $5 for 5000 visitor and he got around 40 subscriber to hist mailing list but they are not responding members. Although no other member implied how good or bad that company is, everyone thought it is a good source of traffic.

Now my question is for the warrior who already tried that company, did it work for you ? does it worth the money ? is this company actually using real visitor, or do they also use some other method like sending hits (without implying that on the website) ?

I bought a package of around 7,000 visitors, I got around 3600 so far, I got less than 10 subscriber and more than one view on some pages but I think these members are not active either.

I've used Adf.ly for different projects. In the past I was able to use it to get more eyeballs on my YouTube videos but the system no longer works for that.

In my opinion it's not ideal for list building. However, there has been a time where I've gotten as many as 70 subscribers off of about 5,000 visitors.

But, these people have not been active buyers. I'd say about 7 of them have actually purchased a product.

I've never had a problem with delivery and I've always gotten exactly what I pay for.

But I don't really expect sales because the traffic isn't niche specific.

Thank you DominiquePrentiss for your reply.

I honestly not sure if they are 100% legitimate traffic or if they mix it.

At least a good amount of it seems legitimate (if I make 10 sales on spending $5). is not a bad deal for a start lol

Hi Dominique,

I'm curious how many subscribers you had double opt-in to your list from adf.ly traffic before you were able to get 7 paying customers.
