Totally frustrated

Hi Guys,

I've been into Internet Marketing for exactly one year now and it has been totally amazing. Due to really hard work I have been fortunate enough to make some good money and now I am looking for a way to automate and scale my business.

At the moment there are different tasks that I need to do, and I really cant decide which solution to choose.

What i Need:

1.) I have a couple of virtual products, that I sell with different Members Areas. My Members Areas are all custom designed and at the moment I am using "Magic Members" for my Wordpress page. Unfortunately its making me a lot of problems at the moment (user gets kicked out every single time he logs in oO). So it would be cool to find something really robust for that.

2.) For all my online Seminars (I'm in Dating Advice) i have different affiliates. My problem is that those Affiliate should be able to send traffic to an email opt in Page, so that I get the email adresses of the people and later on I send them the link of the landingpage via Mail. This means that I absolutely want to be able to see which people in my mail lists have been refered by which affiliate.

Currently I am using Get Response for my Mails. I know I can do this with PHP, but I want a simpler solution whre I can access this data easily.

3.) Of course I also need to manage all those affiliates for those different products. I absolutely need something that is totally robust (because I am really afraid to change all affiliates later on to another software) and I REALLY need a possibility to save all affiliate data on my hard drive, just in case something crashes.

Its also important that I dont want to pay my affiliates via "Check" (doesnt really exist in Germany)or "PayPal" (Fees), I just want to pay the money to theyr bank account, old school

4.) It also would be totally awesome to have automation rules like infusionsoft or officeautopilot (user clicks on ling and that triggers an email) but that is not a "must have" for me now.

5.) I dont need a shopping cart. I give dating Advice to the German Market and I have my own payment solution with local payment options.

6.) What would be AWESOME: If I could always exactly see what my current visitor Value is in my Newsletter. I also want to be able to know what the visitor value is when I segment them by different sources.

7.) Split Testing is also important, at the moment I use "Visualwebsiteoptimizer.com" for that for a fee of 47 Dollar a month. I also use "Userfly.com" for watching videos of my clients on my Site to learn about theyr behaviour.

8.) What would also be TOTALLY awesome is a possibility to track all communication with a client (email only). I Use Apple Mail and I would love to be able to see all the mails I wrote with the client and got Back on a glance.

Now my question...

Should I go for

Get Response + Userfly + Visualwebsiteoptimizer + ANY CRM + ANY AFFILIATE PROGRAM...and if yes, which CRM and which affiliate programm integrate seamlessly together AND with Get Response?

OR: Do I HAVE to go wit officeautopilot/infusionsoft?

My Concern with thise is that infusionsoft has really high setup fees and both charge a lot per month (300 Dollar is really a ot of money). I am also not sure if they are really good and stable in the different services. I kinda dont want to put my whole business in the hands of one company.

I also tried premiumwebcart, Nanacast and so on, but It was kinda not what I really expected.

Maybe you know which CRM/AFFILIATE system I can use with GR?

PS: Of course the whole system absolutely has to be integrated also with my german payment provider through the API if possibe...

Just curious as to whether you have tried CPA email submits for your affiliate program, I have no real sense for the scale necessary to employ CPA.

I just had a quick glance at the German market, I see Be2 pays $1.40, FlirtFair pays $1.50 and Upzz pays $1.90 for leads.

Have you looked into Membergate? It's not cheap, but it is good and you don't have a recurring fee.

Hi,

I've never seen anything other than Infusion than can track
lifetime value.

Infusion does all that but it's a huge learning curve. I think
that the moment when they shut down my account for spam
complaints was coincided with a visit to the heart doctor.

And the reason I drank red beet juice this morning BEFORE
coffee.

I haven't seen inside of Office Auto Pilot. It sounds easier to use
than Infusion. The one GREAT thing about Infusion is that even with
the complexity, you can at LEAST do the things with it you need to.
