Download page protector

Hello to all

I am in need of some type of a download page protector. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I am a newbie and getting ready to take my first steps. Cheaper is better but value is best.

I've been using this program called Download Sentinel for about 4 years and it works great for protecting your downloads as the pages expire in the time you choose.

El Passo Software | Download Sentinel

It's only 27 bucks too so it's pretty cheap too.
