Please Review Mobile Money Machine

I would appreciate opinions on Matthew Neer's Program
"Mobile Money Machine". From anyone that has used it. I watched his promotional video & it had very little info on how it actually works other than tapping into the cellphone market. I'm new to IM & have been working on getting something going for a few months. It seems to me that the ever elusive answer is in List List list. The question is this a good option?
I will appreciate as many details as possible.
