Well I am looking to get into Article Marketing for SEO and I am trying to figure out what is still working. I did the SEOLinkVine trial and it seems to be dead. I put 4 articles into it and like a week later only had 4 links. I wouldn't waste my time on that if it was free, let alone $67/mo. I have read a lot of posts that UAW (Unique Article Wizard) is also dead. I was wondering if any of the Article Networks are still alive and working or if Panda took them all out? Some that I have read about are My Article Network (MAN), SEOLinkMachine, PostLinks, Article Marketing Automation (AMA), ArticleRanks, BuildMyRank (BMR), Free Traffic System, Article Blueprint, LinkVana, Article Ranks Pro, Linkamotion, Blogging Underground, etc (am I missing any?)... Which ones are the best bang for the buck now adays or are they all dead and it's time to move onto something else? |

I use EzarticleLink.com on a bunch of my websites, and have had great success. With Panda I am reluctant to use any article networks anymore though. Most of the sites using them are still doing very well, but I had one site get a -40 penalty, which lost me $XX,XXX per month in income. I don't know if this is what caused the penalty because I had a few other issues with the site, but always better safe than sorry. These days, if you are optimizing for Google it is just safe to abide by Google's quality guidelines to the tee.

Thanks Stodog for the insight... I actually do have an ezarticlelink.com account (the free version) but I havent used it yet. I did add a couple domains to it though, so I will definately need to start using it. Do you think the upgraded version is worth the extra money or is the free version sufficient?

Not sure where you read that UAW is "dead" but, I find it works great. Good syndication and the links get indexed fairly well on that network. You might also want to try articlemarketingrobot as well. |

I read a bunch of posts that all said UAW was dead... I haven't tried it to see for myself so maybe I will give it a chance... Any others that are worth giving a try? |

@J.Cox Yeah I know him. He has some good stuff. But a lot of it is older. As far as ANY tool/network being dead, it comes down to INDEXING links. If whatever you're using doesn't give you the link locations to be able to run through and indexing system. Then you're not gonna fair well. |

Seolinkvine was **** when I tried it, UAW on the other hand is decent. I think I just overused it over time so I already have links from all the sites in the network. Anyway, I did a post 2 days ago on the current services I use and stopped using.

I used ALN and BMR, and shortly afterwards my site took a nosedive. I am not 100% sure if it was the article networks or not. I'm trying other things like varying anchors, adding more content, adding nofollow to affiliate links, etc.

When I saw the title of the post, I got a real fright! I thought I had missed some big news. Very glad it's a false alarm. As in post #7, indexing is key. You might consider Linklicious. You listed a lot of networks - another is Traffic Kahuna. |

A couple of you were mentioning Indexing is key...however, if only 4 links get posted in a week's time from 4 articles (like I got from SEOLinkVine) then the problem is the number of links, not whether they are getting indexed... To go on a tangent, to get links indexed, what programs do you use?... I have been using Linklicious.me - Scheduled RSS Feeds to get your Backlinks Crawled FAST and it seems to do a good job... |

I Tried SEO Link While for a couple of months. A few articles posted, and after 2 months I got 19 active links, so that was an easy decision to cancel that. :-) I have switched back to normal article submission, I know what I get and it is also more safe. |

I use UAW, AMA, AR and Traffic Kaboom. They are far from dead. They should be only part of your strategy not your WHOLE strategy. Especially if you target hard keywords. For easy long tail keywords these are more than enough. |

The good thing about seolv is that it consist of a network of normal WP blogs, so compared to other link building network they would not leave a massive footprint. If you are getting a decent amount of back links and you are getting #1 results, then stick to your plan! :-) However, it is always a good idea to use several sources for your links - if you stick to only a few sources there is a bigger chance the links not look genuine in the eyes of big G. So a variations of article directories, blog commenting, social bookmarking and videos and other stuff is good.

1. This is not true. 2. "Some" were de-indexed. 3. It has nothing to do with SEOLV Elite specifically. Panda affected ALL blog networks. BMR closed it's doors completely. WE are simply replacing any de-indexed blogs with other blogs so that our users are, in no way, affected. While we cannot control Google, we CAN control how we respond to Google. 4. This is a thread for SEO Link Vine, which has nothing to do with SEO Link Vine Elite. 5. Please don't spread rumors based on rumors of rumors. If you have a specific question related to "your" SEOLV Elite membership, please use the support desk. I will not be responding to questions relating to this here, as this is a review section, not a customer support section of the Warrior forum. Thank you |

I'm using ezArticleLink right now, I give this service 5 stars since the articles you submit to the network go through editorial review. Good service even if you go with the free account.

Didn't use SEO LinkVine. I did look at the free versions of article submitter and some similar products and thought they looked like crap even before Panda. There are still marketers trying to promote this garbage, which tells me they either don't know what is going on anymore or are still trying to make a buck off gullible newbies who don't know any better.

I'm in the progress of replacing My Article Network and UAW with: - Free Traffic System - $39/month or submit your own site(s) - Free Blog Links - submit your own site(s) Both are based on user input sites which I prefer a lot more, additionally I use: - Authority Link Network - starting at $15/month or submit your own site(s) - Article Ranks - starting at $39/month ex VAT or submit your own site(s) - High PR society - 100 articles/posts = 300 credits costs $7.50 |

I don't think we need to be too worried about being penalized for having thousands of backlinks from blog networks. The obvious reason is that Google understands that, if it decides to impose such a penalty, people could take down their competitors' sites in the rankings by creating thousands of crap links to them using the blog networks. And, that would not be fair.

I'm still waiting to see proof of negative SEO. Considering how many companies hire SEO firms who built links on blog networks - Google would have way too much bad press if they canned thousands of legitimate small and large businesses. I personally don't believe they are penalizing for simply having links on blog networks. I think a few people are being penalized for other things and blaming the networks. |

ezArticleLink is an a great linkbuilding service, I would say it's comparable to UAW or maybe even better, they also have an awesome built-in spinner as well, great to use even if you only go with the free version, even though the paid version is way better.
