Hi Guys, I'm trying to find a cost effective way to deliver webinars and cant decide on which service to sign up for. I would essentially like register users, collect fees and deliver the webcast from my native wordpress site. Any suggestions? |

GoToWebinars is the best webinar platform that I have used. Those other features you want will require you to integrate GoToWebinar service with other tools. |

GoToWebinar is one of the best. You could also use InstantTeleseminar if all you want to do is show slides (i.e. you don't need to show the actual screen) |

If you want a 'LIVE' version, try one of the recommendations above. I think you might be looking for a 'pre recorded live-looking' webinar platform, which if thats the case, I would suggest Mike Filsaime's auto webinar system. Shame the WSO is closed though on WF. |

I've been using GoToWebinar to host live webcast. I record them logged in as a user on a second computer. Then load the reply into the Evergreen Business System. I've been really pleased with this setup. Jay Spann |

I used GoToWebinar for years but left because of the insanely TERRIBLE webinar recording process, and you get less for the money today than you did back then. I've used Fuze Meeting this past year - the video portion of service works well, it automatically records and hosts your recordings, and the price is lower (with some nice additional bells and whistles not found with GTW). But there are occasional audio issues - and people are less familiar with the system. So I'm in this thread looking for information on MeetCheap.com (looks OK but the smiling guru faces actually drive me away) and MeetingBurner.com. I don't agree that GTW is close to the best solution any longer, beyond being what people are most familiar with. They have all the resources and yet they have failed to improve that service AT ALL for years. |

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with meetcheap.com. I can get 500 spaces per webinar for $20 per month, whereas GTW would cost me $400 and meetcheap has a lot more features. Just hope it works well! I spoke to them yesterday and here are my questions with their answers in CAPS... .................................................. ........................ 1) Will my webinars work on mobile devices like iPhones, iPads, including Android tablets and phones? If so, will they require an app to work on mobile devices? DOES FLASH SO CAN'T BE SEEN YET ON IPHONES/IPADS BUT DOES WORK ON ANDROID DEVICES. 2) Can I download the recording of my webinar? And if so, can I choose what format I want it saved as? YES TO BOTH. 3) Do you offer 24/7/365 PHONE tech support? If not, what would I do if I have technical problems during my webinar? LIVE CHAT SUPPORT 24/7/365 FROM WITHIN MY DASHBOARD. 4) Apparently GoToWebinar does not work with Safari. Are there any browsers for Windows and/or Mac that don't work with your webinars? SEEMS TO WORK WITH ALL BROWSERS. 5) How reliable are your webinars compared to GoToWebinar? Please be honest because I need total reliability for the project I'll be doing. VERY RELIABLE. THEY HAVE NOT FOUND ANY PROBLEMS YET. 6) Is it possible to add a live clickable Paypal order link during my webinar? YES BUT ONLY IF I CHOOSE THEIR "PRIVATE LABEL" OPTION. 7) Do viewers of my webinar need to pre-register like they do with GoToWebinar? Or do I just email them the link with the date and time of my webinar? NO REGISTRATION NECESSARY. I WOULD EMAIL THEM THE LINK FOR THE WEBINAR WITH DATE AND TIME. 8) My initial free sales webinar will be open to anyone that opts in at my squeeze page so I don't care who attends that, but its crucial that my live paid-for coaching program is visible to my paid customers only. What security measures can I use for Meetcheap that will only allow my PAID customers to see my webinar based coaching program? Is there a password I give them? Does Meetcheap offer anything that can stop someone that has NOT paid for my live coaching webinar to be able to see it? I CAN PASSWORD PROTECT MY CONFERENCE ROOM FOR MY PAID COACHING. I CAN KICK ANYONE OUT THAT SHOULD NOT BE THERE FROM MY DASHBOARD DURING THE WEBINAR. AND I CAN BLOCK THEIR IP ADDRESS AND ONLY I CAN REVERSE THAT LATER IF THEY BECAME A PAID CUSTOMER. UPDATE: I tried Meetcheap.com on my Mac with OSX 10.5.8 and it wouldn't work even though they told me it "works flawlessly on a Mac with 10.5.8." Okay, so after going back and forth with them they finally came back later and said that I'll need to upgrade to OSX 10.6. So I did that and it still did not work. Too bad because you can't beat the price for the number of attendee's you can have. |

For live webinars, I recommend Meeting Burner. Because I was part of their beta program before they went live, I was able to get their Premium subscription (now selling for $99.95) at only $39.95. That offer is no longer available, but the service is great. They have an iPhone app that people can download in the Apple App Store and they say that it works natively on the Android platform (but I haven't been able to test that since I don't have an Android phone). If you're looking for an automated Webinar product, I recommend Mike Filsaime's EvergreenBusinessSystems solution. He's even offering a WSO now where you can get the "lite" version of the production for $97 and have the option to upgrade to the "full" version (valued at $497) later. |

Another votes for gotowebinar if you are hosting 1000 or less, if you want more than 1000 on at a time then its no good because they quote me $20,000 (yes $20k) for more but if you keep it under 1000 its great. There are also plenty of splash optin plugins that work with it so you can customise your signup page which gets FAR better optin rates. |

Here is the challenge I face... There are lots of free or inexpensive live webinar services that allow a limited number of attendees which is fine when I do my paid group coaching program with only 10 to 30 people. But in order to get those 10 to 30 paid customers I need to indoctrinate a lot more people with my free live sales webinars that can have several hundred attendees. And see, that is where these webinar services get you hooked into paying substantially higher fees. What I'd like to find is a live webinar service that either doesn't charge as much per month, or one that charges on a per webinar basis, or a fee based on the number of attendees instead of a monthly fee. Anyone know of one like that? Thanks Steve |
