"targeted traffic to website dot com"-super cheap-but is it good???

I came across this site: http://www.targetedtraffictowebsite.com/ (not an affiliate link).

Their packages are incredibly cheap, and I'll probably try it, but not sure if the traffic is any good. They claim to send targeted traffic from almost 9k sites and applications that get in total, over 20 million unique visitors a day, so they say.

You can buy packages starting at $7 for 1000 visitors, which they say are niche targeted, geo targeted, and delivered fast. The price per visit drops a lot as you buy larger amounts of traffic, so that 12k visits is $57, and 100k is $265, with other price points in between.

If it's any good, it could be a fantastic money maker; targeted traffic starting at 7/10 of a cent and going down as you buy more, seems almost too good to be true.

I hope there are some other traffic lovers that have tried it: if that's you, please chime in with your experiences. Thanks in advance, Greg
