Default I have had to request a refund from membersnap

Hi folks.

Just thought I would let you know my experience with membersnap.

I think the whole idea of the software is great and using it to create one site worked like a charm.

The problem came when I upgraded to unlimited sites. It would not let me create any more sites. I have submitted numerous support tickets to membersnap but only had one reply when it happened the first time.

I have not had replies from tickets I submitted on the 8th Nov and it is now the 15th.

I have also tried to pm one of the owners on here and also sent an email to the email address on the paypal receipt.

I really hate to refund as I think it is a great tool for my business but it is no good if I cannot get this sorted.

I would like to say that if the problems are rectified and it works as promised I would not hesitate to rejoin, I just don't like being left in the dark.

Just to update you.

I received an answer to a refund request saying that all my tickets have been given a priority by the tech department.

Great, untill I checked back 8 hours later and they have all dissapeared without any answers and none of the problems solved.

Ok Folks,

Just a quick update on my last post. The reason some my tickets dissapeared is because they had condensed them into one ticket. I had submitted a new ticket each time i had trouble creating a new site.

When I went to check the tickets and saw some missing I just assumed the worst so I guess you can say this is my fault.

Support have confirmed that this problem as arisen with only a handful of their members and they are working hard to rectify it but have no set timescale.

I really love the system and hope it can be resolved. I am going to withdraw my refund request and hope it can be sorted.
