Is the Incansoft Web 2.0 Bot automatic upgrade working for anyone?

I had purchased the Web 2.0 Bot when it first got released last year but almost never used it. I went to the Incansoft website and it seems it has been updated with a new version which supposedly builds linkwheels etc. So, when was this released. I checked the Web 2.0 Bot and the automatic update is also not working. I could not find the mention of the latest version or linkwheel creation anywhere on the internet except on their site. So, when was it released and how come there are no announcement threads for such a large upgrade if it happened. And why has the automatic upgrade stopped working and has any other Web 2.0 customer been successful in upgrading the bot. It shows no upgrade available when I opened the Bot.

Nobody else on WarriorForum uses Web 2.0 Bot? I again opened Web 2.0 Bot today and it shows up "Version 1.0.0.0" and "No Upgrades Available" whereas it shows up Version 2 in the Incansoft website. I did not receive any email etc. from Incansoft too regarding it nor is it mentioned anywhere on the web.

Why don't you write them directly? They usually get back to their customers very fast.
