Associate Feed Generator

Hello,
I am looking for Amazon Affiliate feed softwares. I am a completely non techie, so I am looking for something easy and simple to operate. I stumbled upon Create Amazon RSS Feeds, Instant Product Datafeeds From Amazon. I was wondering if any of you have used it and if you have would you care to share your feedback?

Thanks. But I am looking for more of a Wordpress Type Plugin for Amazon. I would appreciate if you can let me know of any.
