Membership / Forum Combo, and what I need...

Is there a script that can

a) maintain different membership groups (not just levels, but separate, never-overlapping groups);
b) maintain different levels for each group;
c) show/display pages and products based on those groups, or whether a customer owns product X or Y or Z;
b) display pop-ups and OTOs on the same principle;
c) share a log-on with an IBP forum (or integrate to some other forum to which IBP can be converted).

d) optionally, the ability to create custom fields.

Right now, I've got

1) several thousand customers, from different niches, in an IBP forum;
2) most of those same customers loaded into an obscure but excellent little membership script, VibraLogix;
3) no way to connect IBP and VibraLogix, so that there's a shared sign-on.

I'm looking at MemberPress (I have, but am not using, SiteManPro v1), but it doesn't seem to have multiple membership levels and groups, nor custom fields.

Any suggestions? (And sure, I'd dump IBP for something else.)
