Has anyone used "Mass Profit Sites" by Melford Bibens?

I watched the demonstration video and I must say it looks truly impressive. However, there is no explanation as to how or where the "traffic" itself is generated.

The traffic source is truly what I want to talk about. Even though you have a great website (or even a not-so-great one)... someone has to generate GOBS of traffic in order to have sales conversion success.

So, how does Melford Bibens get "traffic" to these sites through his automated program? And/or how would the buyer be assured to generate enough traffic to make the "Mass Profit Sites" software successful?

Just for reference... the offer came to me via an email from "Chris Fox" (he's the original author of the "Google Cash Sniper" system), and the subject line says:

"Demo revealed ($463.34 in 2 minutes per day?)"

Please check this out and see if you can answer my TRAFFIC questions above. I highly consider buying this one.

However, I really need to better understand where and how the TRAFFIC aspect works. So, all feedback on this one would be extremely appreciated and helpful.
