Just letting you know that when I went to look at SocialMarker.com my browser gave a Red Flag warning that the website was potentially harmful.

I've used the majority of the services listed above, and frankly wasn't very happy with the way the systems are setup. There's too much "magic fairy dust" in all of their methods. The fact is, if you want good backlinks, you need to have relevant articles, written by hand, with 1 or 2 dofollow links. Once you start stuffing keywords into articles that aren't relevant, and have more than 5 links in a 200 word article, the quality of your links is greatly diminished. Here's what we do: - Use our PageRank 3 blog network, write an article 200 words long, include a link to the targeted site and link to another random article we're creating - Create a new web 2.0 site, write an article 200 words long, include a link to the targeted site and link to another random article we're creating - Write a 200 word article on EZA, etc. and include a link to the targeted site and link to another random article we're creating In doing this, we're creating 119 new articles on our blogs, web 2.0 sites, and article directories AND giving each of them a backlink, which helps with getting the URLs indexed and passing link juice. ALSO, all of our content is new, unique, written by hand, and only used once. We send our clients a full report of all the work we do when it's done so you can continue to use these web 2.0 sites we create to continue to build value for your site. There is no fluff in what we do, we're very upfront our services, and we do an amazing job. If you're interested in working with a straight-forward SEO company, based in the US, google "link wheel" and you'll find us. (Edited for blatant self-promotion) |

On another thread I was looking at recently there was a warning from someone and I happened to copy and paste and print off what that person said. It was posted by PeterLarson but came from someone else on this forum from what I gather and I think it is valuable: "If you want automated back links try out Article Marketing Automation and Unique Article Wizard. I use them and they are a dream come true for SEO. Just be sure and don't go TOO crazy when you first use them because you will be penalized. I know because I have 3 sites that I got too excited with and got punished for it. But my other sites where I used AMA and UAW less aggressively got their rankings nicely." |

I've used a lot of back linking services when trying to get some rankings for my affiliate sites, including the numerous "backlink packets" that you can get on here and premium services such as UAW, Linkvana and others. And after spending $100's on back link services, I found that the best way to achieve a top ranking is to not just focus on one of these services, but to use a variety. You need to spread out all your links and use a variety of services to attain links from blogs and other sites. The best thing I have done for my sites is to build up the "low quality" links of my site with the likes of Article submissions & directory links... and then use higher quality services to get the extra boost my sites need to get onto the first page. These are the services I have tried and what they can do: - Angela & Paul's backlink packets These are okay for some 5/10 quality links. You basically get a bunch of forums and a few high PR blogs. The problem with forums is that you can really only get a good link on your 'profile' page which almost always has 0 PR. Also, you have to spend hours getting these links. - 3WayLinks.net This is a pretty good way to build up the lower-quality links to your site by basically initiating 100's of link exchanges with other web masters automatically. This service costs $47 a month but can add a lot of SEO boost to your sites. - Typing "keyword + your gravatar icon" into Google Great way to get instant blog comments. Most of the pages you find with this method will be spammed to hell, but there are a few golden nuggets with some decent PR. - Directory submissions Use this link (Free Directory List ) to get high-pr directory listings for free. - Linkvana This is a blog network system which basically allows you to get a bunch of one-way high quality links from a series of high quality blogs. The service allows you to build a lot of different quality backlinks to your site and is very effective, but only if you have a series of lower quality links to your site to start with. I tended to use this service to add an extra kick to my sites. - Social Bookmarks These can be pretty powerful ways to get link-juice to your site. If you look at this link: 500+ list of dofollow social bookmarking pligg sites with PR | SEO Eazy - you will see a list of social bookmarking sites that have dofollow & PR - the perfect combination for SEO. - Frontline Autolinks This is a new service I've been testing and it's basically like Linkvana, where they are offering a series of quality blogs for you to get links from. This service has just been launched and I was fortunate to be a beta tester for it - and so far, it's been a great boost to my business. You can see a reviw of it at Frontline Autolinks Review if you're interested. I think the biggest mistake that people make with getting backlinks is that they forget about why Google likes them. Google treats links as a way to gauage the authority of your website, so the more authoritive and "hard-to-get" links that you can get, then the higher your site will rank. This either means you can spend years trying to get a lot of links naturally or the trick that most SEO's are using is to just spread out their links through a variety of sites and services, to make it look like a natural expansion of links to your site. I don't think any single backlinking service is the "best" but all have their merits and some will benefit your business more than others. |

Nice post - and a 'real' review site in your sig. Good to have you here. It seems to me that all Google has to do is to join the service for a couple of months, see where the backlinks are coming from and 'zap' those sites. So it appears a very vulnerable approach to me. Pearson |

I'm currently using SYNND and Linkvana, but my foundation is relevant link exchanges and article marketing, along with a good internal link structure. I've been online a number of years and after I bought into that one-way links are better and link exchanges are dead I wasted a lot of time online. Now still not financially free yet, I have 3 sites I neglected earlier but guess what, they are still getting consistent traffic. What do they all have in common: === proper keyword research with wordtracker === 200+ articles on the site === proper internal linking structure === 10 to 20 relevant link exchanges === some article marketing, not much though === 2 plus years old I'm adding more articles to them now, but actually I don't have to add articles or get links anymore, the rankings are stable and so is the traffic. All this was taught 5+ years ago and it still works today. The choice is yours. |

I am using Backlinks solutions and it is one of the better system i have tried. Very similar to Linkvana. The only problem is you can maximum get 30 links a day, so if you have many sites or pages you wanna build backlinks to, you can quickly use your daily quota SE Nuke is another good one, specially because you can get a good mix of backlinks. It requires a bit of work tho. |

I'd like to throw in PayPerPost, as just created 20+ offers for a client, and given that you can get legitimate reviews written about sites for under $20 per link (for PR4), and for articles that will actually drive traffic, they are one of the best resources I suggest for permanent links.

| Note that for #9 for Lexorsoft that the url should be lexorsoft.net not .com. The dot com leads to their blog and the dot net to their sales page and credit details info which I think is what most people are interested in.

Stay away from low page rank directory farms and posting services that utilize low quality blog comments. Google will devalue such back links. Please take a look at the cautions given at this URL: Google Penalty Advice for Webmasters After looking at the cautions about using back link building given at the above URL (please read the whole page slowly), can anyone tell me which services mentioned on this thread will stand up against Google's current changing high standards? Which services on Lexor Soft dot net's ( www.lexorsoft.net ) menu of credits page are the SAFEST in light of the warnings given at the GOOGLE PENALTY ADVICE FOR WEBMASTERS link that I posted in the first paragraph above????? I mention Lexor Soft since I am interested in using them in the future. Please read both the Google Penalty Advice for Webmasters and the page of credits on the Lexorsoft Dot Net site slowly before replying to my questions so we can have accurate answers to my questions. Thank you. I am moving cautiously before I choose my link building services and choose from a menu of various services. Thanks, King of Camelot |

I like to use my own strategies and outsource the work. Mainly my best results come from using a mix of High PR forum profiles, RSS mashing, High PR blogs (with quality content), Blog Commenting (Make sure to keep it rational and intelligent), and a few links from relevant sites in your niche! I was never satisfied by some of the systems mentioned above...I find that for those prices you can get a lot more done by putting together your own resources. For example, some of those services (won't mention names) are literally useless in my humble opinion at targeting high competition keywords for those prices!!! Do some homework, test, find what works...and outsource!!! |

I hear that blogs are not good either unless you make frequent posts to them. But what about a link wheel consisting of a lot of blogs? Do you need to make posts to those or do those in a link wheel structure self-support continuous SEO to the site they point to? ..... not really, more like this > |

I was looking at 3waylinks because it is more automated, but some have stated if you cancel the submission then the links are removed. Will this hurt your ranking?

| I found nextgenlinks.com. There was (still is)an wso special for $27 a month. It looks pretty good. I just posted a thread to see if anyone has any good results from it, but haven't gotten any replies. Very reasonable so I'm thinking of getting it as soon as I get some reviews on it.

I publish around 100 articles a day on various article directories. Each published article contains a backlink to my website. In this way, I am able to generate 100 quality backlinks everyday (with my choice of anchor text). This takes just around 30 mins and costs $20 for each 100 quality backlinks.

There are more superior products in the market. The newest one that needs to be bought right away is article marketing robot priced at $40 one time fee. Next price hike is on the 4th October, $77. So grab it now. It is way better than FTS because it has over 1500 article directories and it's success rates of submission is normally over 900 articles directories. If you havent heard of it, go over to the wso section and get it now. FTS days are over dude. We can finally settle on a way superior product which cost way cheaper than FTS. Tell me how i can help. |

Just say no to spam, link farms, etc... if you're going to build backlinks and pay someone use ODesk or eLance to customize your link building... or use LinkFool for a team of experts that can customize your backlink strategy! Always build your links manually!!!! Can't stress that enough people. Seriously, be very careful! The Pandas are coming! |

Hmmm... I don't think there are many services out there like that. All of the public link building services I"ve used allow your links to remain on the sites once published. They simply stop the distribution of new links when you cancel. Not sure what services you're using though... |
