Have to say that is very unusual. I have had version 1 & 2 of XSP and on the occasions that I have wanted to ask for support I have had a response in less than 2 hours (during work times). Maybe your message has gone astray somehow. Regards Josef |

In about 6 months, I have created 2 support tickets & both were answered the next day.

I've only opend two tickets in the last 3 months and they were both answered in less than 48 hours. I asked another question in a response to their answer and they responded in about an hour.

Well, I'm really having bad luck then. I'm over 72 hours, and my software is not usable. The last response from support was over 24 hours ago... NOT a happy camper. Evita |

I usually just go to the forum if I have an issue with XSP - usually it's something I don't understand but, it's true, there are bugs in the system. You may find your answer by searching the XSP forum - I often do. |

Thanks Loren ![]() I've been searching the Forum and also posting there. Some members have been very helpful and tried to help but I still have the problem. I do think there is a bug in the program, what I try to do (preview) should be able to be done without problems. There has now been exactly 30 hours since my last response from support. |

Try switching your default browser to something else. Could be a browser issue. I run 3 browsers currently and if one is misbehaving consistently I just uninstall it. I use Opera, Google Chrome and IE. I don't currently have Firefox installed. |

Loren, I did switch browser. I used FF and support suggested I use IE. No change. Funny thing is that when I first start a site I can preview once or twice then get error that path does not exist, and then IE opens up to the home page. (IE opens even when I used FF as default browser) Maybe tomorrow I'll try uninstalling/reinstalling hoping that that could possibly help. Thanks for your help. Evita |
