I am a salehoo member, it's OK but the community is not that large and there are a lot of newbies there.
One of the moderators of salehoo started his own brokerage and for as little as 45 bucks you can get a sample pallet.
I would just check that out before you join salehoo. non affiliate link

I have used and do not think much of it. It's very difficult to find products that you can make much of a profit with.

I can say that i tried out Salehoo for a while and was not impressed. I was attempting to find products to resell on eBay. I looked for weeks without finding much at all. I would not recommend it if your plan is to sell on eBay.

    Hi Jamezun:

Salehoo is not a scam in the least but there is a company
Worldwide Brands that many feel (more money) has greater benefits.

If you go to Google and search you can get information on both. At that make a determination if the extra price is worth the investment.

    Good luck with your choice!

I havbe thought about trying out dropshipping, but I dont hear about people making money from doing it.

I mean, does it work? Do you have to specialize in the types of products you sell? Or do you sell anything you want. And how much money can you make off of 1 products? Are there good deals?

      Thanks for the time,
      J

      QUOTE]

Good advice. Always best to do some research. I am also a Salehoo member and am willing to go on record that it is not a scam. Salehoo essentially offers a list/directory of product suppliers across many different categories. Included in the directory are true wholesalers, dropshippers, wholesale dropshippers, liquidation-closeout businesses, and retail discount product suppliers. Salehoo itself does not sell products, though as someone above mentioned, one of the Salehoo staff does have his own liquidation brokerage, but that is a separate, non-Salehoo, business.

Generally speaking, if you are considering joining Salehoo or any other wholesale directory sort of membership because you want to sell goods on EBay, it is important to keep in mind that EBay is already a wholesale selling environment. Much of the mass market consumer merchandise available on EBay is already being sold at or below wholesale prices. If you are planning to buy wholesale to sell retail on EBay, you really need to be sure of your product and do the math to determine your predicted profit margin.

Personally, I like Salehoo, but if you are thinking of joining without any idea of what products you want to sell, you may want to take a moment to outline a business plan, determine what products you want sell, figure out who your market is, and then revisit the idea of joining a membership and whether or not that would support your business model.

      All the best,
      Evan

Cant say I have ever used it, but....

I have sold quite a few of them. A nice commission.

I have only had 1 refund off 30+ sales. Not bad I think.

It's not a scam but you won't make any money selling on Ebay unless you buy in bulk .If you only buy one or two things you might save 10% or over what you can buy it on Ebay for... not enough margin to make a profit after Ebay and paypal fees

I have used Salehoo and it is definitely not a scam. In order to be successful in drop-shipping you have to find the right products to buy. It's just like any other business, find the best possible products that will bring in the most profit.

I do have a back-area review on my site if interested to see what it looks like

Salehoo is alright, however a lot of people use it, so it is going to be hard to find a good profitable product.

Hey, I love this article, thanks for your contribution. I`m thinking of buying this product, because I have some e-commerce stores, that are not bringing me much profit, and I do not have many wholesale sellers in my contacts. I am reading many reviews, but because of price, I can`t decide. I understand the price, responds to quality, but still. I read one review, and it gave me some uncertainty http://webtrustedreviews.com/salehoo...efore-you-buy/ I would love an opinion on SaleHoo from an expert, I just want to be sure, about the product I am buying. Thank you!
