I recently saw an email pitch for rep mogul, which teaches about reputation management. This is about erasing online graffiti and contacting the related companies and offering your services. I just want to know if this can be done outside the US or only for US residents. Anyone has any idea about this? This involves contacting the local business and offering your services. However, my question is can this be done through the internet from another country?
