Default Social Cash Detective Anyone?

I was on a webinar advertising Social Cash Detective ($1997) and was wondering if anyone has any past experience with the software. It is supposed to find profitable Facebook ads which you can copy and profit from.

Thanks,
Tony

I was on that Webinar also, and the glaring omissions not addressed by the guy supposedly making millions a year were:
1. How much did he spend in ad dollars to generate traffic?
2. where did he send the leads--no mention of a landing page or how much to build one
3. And finally, who is the guy making the claims? I get suspicious when somebody shows all kinds of "proof" but won't even list his last name (or did I miss that part?)

For a $1999 program, you have to be very careful. I'm especially suspicious when he offers only 8 copies of the program, and the offer expires at the end of the webinar. Used car sales tactics personified!

And did you notice how quickly he glossed over the ethics question of stealing someone else's ad, copy and graphics both? What does this tell you about his personal ethics? Would you give a guy like this $1999 sight unseen? Really?

I wondered about ad dollars spent as well. Also, my facebook ads always need to be approved and it doesn't happen in twenty minutes. I was considering duplicating the ad he posted and watching to see if my clickbank account explodes.
He set it up to link direct to clickbank offer.
His name is Mitch Sanders.

I missed the webinar and downloaded the replay.
I was horrified at what I saw.
O.K. so the guy has invested a buckload of money on a tool to find winning ads on facebook.
BUT the entire webinar focused on copying and pasting ads and using the same landing pages.
Surely (a) thats gonna get you in hot water, what if some of those ads have copyright images, or copyright landing pages. What if Facebook gets a complaint you are copying other peoples intellectual property.
(b) Just imagine you have dozen or dozens of people copying and pasting the same add, dont you think any smart person is gonna figure the bid prices for the same ads are gonna go up ? What starts as a winning ad may not stay that way.

Does not sound like a sound foundation for an online business to me.

What is every ones impression of this system?
Is the Social Cash Detective a scam?
For $1997, I am a little hesitant....

I won't go into too much detail as I've already done that on another thread, but I would be very cautious about anything involving the English guy, "Charlie", who co-hosted the presentation.

I was invited to the webinar by "Charlie" direct (somehow I ended up on his mailing list) but didn't attend. I did, however, watch the replay (again, "Charlie" sent me the link) and was shocked at the tactics being promoted.

Please don't hand over any money without carrying out due diligence (ie search Google!) as you might find it hard to get a refund.

The concept is cool, but I am curious if FB will get wind of this and create issues.

Unfortunately, I fell for this and purchased, and they only offered a 7-day evaluation period in which you could ask for a refund. This was around the x-mas holiday period that I purchased, plus I got very sick during those 7 days, and so I asked customer support for a few more days to evaluate the program before deciding whether or not to keep it. They granted this request and gave me another week or so, but when I then requested a refund, they balked big time and tried to say the original 7-day evaluation period was over. So, I had jump through a few hoops to remind them of their previous extension of my evaluation period and to threaten them big time, but eventually they did give me a refund. Lesson learned!

Hi This is Mitch Sanders, the owner of Social Cash Detective. We have worked very hard to provide a useful toolkit that is being used profitably by many users. Also I am afraid you may be getting Social Cash Detective confused with other products... We offer a very clear refund policy that is written clearly on our sales page. Simply ask for it within the given time and it is granted. No quibble no hassle.

Please stop getting us confused with fraudsters as we pride ourselves in satisfied customers. If there are any specific issues that you are unable to get resolved you can contact our support desk or last resort PM me here and I am happy to help you out

Glad you are enjoying Social Cash Detective!

-Mitch

Watching him do the ad was what really made me say, "OK, hold on just a minute".

Yea this was quite comical. He never shows his ad being approved and if
you know anything about Facebook ads it takes a day or two for them to
approve your ad not 15-20 minutes. Douchbag just sent an e-mail to his list
to make a couple sales & acts like it was from a Facebook ad.
