Best Autoresponder,etc., for imported lists and best list service?

I know this question has kinda been touched on before. I'm getting ready to do a mailout to list of real estate agents and services that I have, about 3000. I know Aweber and CC I think are harder to work with lists and may require double opt in's, etc. I read that Icontact was good. Just wondering what any of you think? I read a few threads but they were old. I need something reliable that has a good inbox rate, etc. I don't need alot of bells and whistles on this one just get it read, the offer and information will do the rest. Also what are the top list companies out there that keep up to date lists? If my first campaigns is moderately successful I will be adding more and more lists hopefully. Thanks for any responses!

iContact will allow you to do this...but it sounds like you're buying lists, not generating leads which is against the TOS of every autoresponder service out there. You might want to just set up a dedicated server + mailing software yourself.

Thanks. Any suggestions on companies for dedicated server and mailing software and what kind of costs am I looking at with that?
