Mass Video Submitter-anyone have an opinion on this software

One video are worth many times what _____ # of backlinks are worth for traffic. And I feel that the older your target demographic is the more impact video has on traffic generation. I've been looking at the software options and a WF search showed nothing on Mass Video Submitter. At $47 a month is this a good investment if you believe as I do that video will continue to be a very valuable traffic generator?
