Default John Reese's I.M.A.

Has anyone bought the $2400 3-day teleseminar about being an Internet Marketing Advisor?

The things he says in the video sound true, but to market to marketers, you REALLY have to know what you are doing, bring solid value and trust because most have seen it all before.

To me, it sounds like he has a "twist" on Relationship Marketing philosophy.

This philosophy has a lot of good elements, but I don't like the correspondence/consultant/coaching parts, more automation.

Just recommend and put out drop-dead solid, good affiliate products/products, trusted products, the trust will be there.

Most get so much information and emails about "products" that one is looking for the excuse to "remove" off email list, because it may start out with good products and recommendations for the 1st 3-4 emails, THEN back-end the crap or nothing-all-that-special type products......relationship marketing seeks to narrow or even remove this element in ones marketing, I would think.

Like I said, I think he has his own version of relationship marketing/affiliate marketing.

If you did'nt see the video, here it is :

I figured he had some mastery of hype.

Start out good, then here comes the crap.

Sounds like his articles and free content is probably better than his real product.

I advised on here not to buy John's last product as I thought it was too old and too expensive. I also hated his blog system that has now closed. And I don't like the way that he seems to take himself so seriously - he's good but not that good.

However, to make a comment such as 'crap' about his general output is ridiculous and insulting. I've spent a couple of thousand dollars on his products and they have been excellent.

You are entitled to your opinion.

So if I start out with 2 or 3 solid products, then crank out 5 stinkers after that, I deserve to be defended and given the benefit of the doubt based on what I did good?

What if I was the one that bought his new stuff and did not buy his older stuff?

Even you said his new stuff is not up to par.

If Snicker bar was still the same, but the it was a ridiculous price, I call it crap.

Integrity does not mean based only on what you did good, like a cop that was upstanding, then in later years, took bribes and breaking the law.

Its all included in "crap".
