I am not interested in talking you into buying the course. I am not an affiliate. Like Scott says, X thinks outside the box which helps me to get creative. He normally has things in his course that won't be in any other courses I have read. That is why so many people will be ready to purchase when he comes out with something. He is a genuine person who actually wants people to succeed. I know he could be selling his courses for a heck of a lot more. He will kick your ass if you don't apply it. ![]() We can't talk about what is in the course, otherwise X will get the fight club on our ass. | |

Ok one question, can you somehow break down in a percentage how much there is about adwords compared to non adwords methods? Is it like 60/40 or more like 90/10? I mean I'm not that much into Adwords, I know the basics and tested the waters with some small campaigns. But I love out of the box approaches, is there also a lot of info beside all the Adwords related info, Aff Marketing in general, other methods/sources than adwords? I think I'm sold already anyways =) Cheers, mario |

Hi Nick - Thank you for your purchase. You should see a "Start" button in the top nav. Just click it. If you don't see the "Start" button, let me know (via my help desk, not here) and we'll take care of you - seems a few people have been affected by a glitch between 1SC and Wishlist Member. All the best to you - X |

Mav - The focus of this book is more on creative uses for affiliate marketing. Although I don't think this course - or anything previous that I've done is a comprehensive Adwords education, it *is* "Here's what I *do* and here's what I did when I had no money to lose as a noob". In words, you can learn more of "here's everything you ever wanted to know about Adwords and more" elsewhere - or you can learn the boiled down version of "here's what to do to give yourself the best chance to survive and thrive". All the best to you - X |

Mario - My post to Mav probably already answered most of your question - But, although Adwords is the cornerstone of my traffic I also teach a number of other ways to get traffic - one way even involves having no traffic or list of your own. So this course includes a healthy dose of Adwords, but that's not the main theme either. All the best to you - X Quote:

Did anyone have any trouble with getting to the "Affiliate Blackbook" or logging on after payment was sent? I signed up about 10 minutes after the doors opened but I never made it to the actually sign-up page. I got all the emails telling me welcome and that my payment had been approved. I have emailed support but no luck at getting a reply. I sure was hoping to be able to go through the ebook this weekend. I have bought products from X before. I know the quality will be top notch. That is why I actually signed up for the apostle membership. This will be worked out but I am afraid it may be next week before I can get in. Anyone else with this problem or any suggestions? Floyd |

Patience. I don't think X works on weekends. Just put in a help desk ticket and I'm sure you'll be taken care of. Floyd.. I had a problem with the software so I closed the browser and used the link in the email. That worked fine. After that I was able to download, etc. |

Hey Chris, I purchased the black book package $147 through your link. Your page said your bonus offer was still available. I have emailed the receipt to you twice but have received no reply as yet. Am I eligible for the bonus? I can't send you a PM here as I don't have enough posts under my belt. If you PM me I can give you my details Thanks Steve |

Hey LB - Thanks for the positive feedback. There have been a few issues this weekend that I've tracked to 1ShoppingCart having some issues - they've been up and down all weekend. Sorry - not much I can do there. Your DVDs will be shipped tomorrow. And guys, I can serve you much better through my help desk than I can through someone else's forum. :-) http://factorx.helpserve.com It's been a great launch so far and I appreciate everyone's enthusiasm and support. I won't bug ya here. BTW... excellent interface on that help desk! Once again... very clean and functional. If that's how your mind works, I'm really looking forward to the material. I've been studying this stuff since my accountant told me about another of her clients that doing it two years ago. Shhhhh... but she showed me the books... since I fix her computers etc... for the past 20 years. Anyway.. I knew then that I HAD to get into this. Problem is that EVERYTHING has been fluff so far. And I'm talking about the big boys... the six pack I call them. You appear to have substance. We'll see. If so, you'll get some raving testimonials from this caveman. LB |

Hey Steve, Sorry for the delayed response. I just went through my entire inbox and emailed everyone a video update on the bonus. I had the member's area setup but ran into a couple of technical problems that I think are due to having 2 Wordpress installations on the same domain...(of course it was working fine until the 12th when I started adding a bunch of content...figures right?) I was trying to work through those but ultimately decided to move the member's area to a new domain. I am in the process of migrating the content I had in the member's area to the new domain. I'm going to be using the WP Wishlist plugin to manage it all so it should be a much nicer member's area than it would have originally been. (and more importantly, IT WILL WORK). This way I can focus on delivering great video tutorials rather than dealing with technical problems. The video I sent explains everything in detail and gives you a look at what's in the members area right now. I should have everything setup and ready to go by Tuesday. Thanks again for purchasing thru my link. I look forward to working with you. Chris |

Tyler - Are you Tyler Martin? If so I took care of your accesses yesterday and you should have received an email. If you're not Tyler Martin I have no clue who you are and that makes helping you a challenge. This AM I have one support ticket and the ticket number you posted doesn't exist in my system. So I either have an issue with Kayako, or my support person. I will deal with that and find out what's going on here. X |

X - with all due respect -- you need to sharpen your process. Nobody that I can see has asked for a 10 min response. Yes, I am tyler martin -- can you tell me what I should have received? I did receive a link from Justin for the bonus but no response from your support???????? If this is too much hassle (cause it's becoming one for me), just send a refund to that same paypal email and we can call it a day. I'm busy just like you so babysitting a buying process is not the best use of my time or yours. Tyler |

Tyler - What you received from Justin is what you paid for. You paid for PPC Scare Tactics only and that's exactly what you have received. Since your issue has been resolved, what's the issue now? re: Support, it is CLEARLY stated in numerous places we don't work on weekends. Given we just launched and a few people have had issues, this weekend was an exception to resolve any bugs in the system that cannot be foreseen regardless of pre-launch testing. X |

Hi All, Wanted to jump in here in Mr. X's defense. Just getting Kayako fine tuned, and as he said, on Monday AM . Note you've all been communicating over the weekend during "Closed" times ![]() John was not able to see your tickets. In fact no one was. Not his error. Just hadn’t had Kayako set-up completed yet. So all should be fine and ready to go now. If you allow a little time for tickets to get caught up now today, all should be back on track ASAP. Here's to luck o' the green tomorrow on St. Patty's Day ![]() Diana |

I did get a response -- thanks. Well, I get I missunderstood your sales page -- and I will share this here in case anyone else makes the same mistake. I thought the sales page stated I was getting ABB and PPC Scare as a bonus. Apparently, I purchased just PPC scare for $67 on ABB's site. Confusing sure. My mistake yes. Definately a product I would not have paid $67 for itself though -- nothing personal Justin. Also, X, if you are going to do a launch on a Friday...perhaps give thought to your support hours before making that business decision. Lesson learned. Should have went with my gut on this one. |

I'm a bit confused over your confusion. There is a button under "PPC Scare Tactics Only" for $67. There is a mention in the PPC Scare Tactics bonus area that says "This Total Package Has a $97 Value . . . But It's Your's FREE with Your Affiliate Black Book Purchase" I guess I could see if you clicked on the first order button and figured it was the only order button. There are 3 buttons you can choose from. The black book was more than $67 so I'm not sure why you thought you would get it and PPC Scare for that price. Maybe that should have been the last button, don't know. Maybe the best package could have been button #1 then go down from there. Not my call, not my business. I just know that many people were able to figure it out. You might feel slighted, but really, you were not. I wouldn't let this stop you from learning some excellent stuff. I'm making an assumption based on your comment of "Should have went with my gut on this one" that you wish you didn't order. If I'm wrong I apologize. I'm a scanner myself. I knew the day this came out I was going to buy. When I got to the bottom I was halted in my tracks trying to understand each of the three options fully. Dang... I had to go back and read a bit. I had no idea what PPC Scare was, what NinjaMoFo was, etc. I'm not worried in the slightest about getting value at these prices. I hope your confusion and bumpy start will not taint you so that you lose out on something really good. Quote:

Thank you Scott. What I don't like about selling in this market is that people are jaded and accustomed to being yanked around. Unfortunately that's what we come to expect and we have a short fuse - I'm no different so I understand it. My whole business grew up out of that pissed off attitude as a customer. So I'm not surprised that's what some of you are expecting. That's not how I operate and although I am not perfect and people get mishandled on occasion, I think you'll find many more who will express their gratitude for the effort I give them. By the same token, I'm glad the Loz incident happened here because I also do not believe the customer is always right. Some customers are assholes. Some are thieves. Some are just miserable and looking for a place to vent. Others aren't as clued in as they think they are. In your case Tyler, young fellow, you probably don't know that on Sunday - which I do not believe anybody should work on Sunday - I spent at least an hour of my day focused on *you* and only *you*, trying to hunt *you* down and resolve your issue. Be clear, I'm a guy averaging a couple thousand dollars *per hour* income right now and I'm personally addressing your issue on my Sabbath day. Let it sink in - your $67 isn't that important to me - your satisfaction is. And in the process you've acted like a smug young punk who probably needs a good ass kick out back to learn a lesson. Hey, that's a part of moving from thinking you're a man to becoming a man - we all need it (and get it at least once) sooner or later. *My* gut is you don't have what it takes to be an X customer. But we all make mistakes - we all have bad days and for that reason alone I have extended you the benefit of the doubt. Now - take Chris Hubbard as an example to contrast yourself with. Chris is a model customer of mine. He's taken what I've taught him, innovated some of his own twists, and in the same time you've had issues he's made many thousands of dollars. I'm not claiming success for anyone because no matter what I offer it's up to the customer to do it - that success is their success. I can tell you this, my customer list reads like a who's who of Internet marketers and there are plenty who've taken what I teach and risen in their own right on it. If you want a refund, ask for it so we can be done with you. If you want to shut up and learn something, I'm happy to share what I know and we'll see what you do with it. Either way, all the best to you - X |

X -- thanks for the response. You make me laugh -- I mean that seriously and not sarcastically. For the record I am not so young anymore (unfortunately)... I am really not a refunder...why don't you let me upgrade to the next rung up and we can go from there. Just send me the button or tell me the best way to resolve this. If that's not possible, if be happy to "shut up" and consider myself "not worthy". Just send me a refund. I am happy either way. Tyler PS. Scott, thanks for the cool response. It's appreciated. Yep, my bad about making a wrong assumption when I purchased. I originally tried to purchase with a coupon code and it was used up. Just messed up and probably didn't read as carefully as I should have...thanks for adding your thoughts |

A lot of people on this forum really crack me up. For one thing, based on their posts I know they are not really selling much of anything. If they think that problems will never exist during the sales cycle then they haven't sold anything. I really don't care of you worked on the sales cycle for years, shit happens. Yes people are jaded in this market. I would prefer the really jaded ones not purchase anything, especially from me. It isn't like I want to deal with crap that I have seen in this thread. I bend over backwards for my customers just like X does. But there comes a time when that customer needs to get fired and I would say based on Tyler's response here, he would have been fired a long time ago. Funny how this product just came out on Friday. It almost sounds like people have been having problems for weeks on this thing. |

X - Got it! Thanks. Please let me know how I can pay you the difference -- paypal is ideal and will do so immediately. Thomas: for the record I am not going to get in the trenches with you - but am comfortable my business accomplishments speak loudly -- including buying, selling and developing multi-million dollar businesses. I'll make note of your name so you can save the "firing" in the future. Of course, the fact that I don't recognize your name and you have close to 3000 posts...I guess speaks for itself... |
