Hey, I saw the lead portal a few weeks ago and am thinking about purchasing it. Before I hand over $1497 just wanted to know if anyone here has purchased it and can make some comments about it.

I'm also looking at buying The Lead Portal as it looks great.

We are NOT interested in Lead Evolution as it cost $4K and Lead Portal for $1497 for a similar product looks promising from there webinars.

I can't seem to find any feed back on the Warrior Forum or the web for that matter.

Any ways, Common guys and girls, please let us know if you have purchased this software and let us know some feed back.

I want to add my 2 cents if you dont mind
i have had the lead portal for a few weeks now
and would like say that it is a very well thought out
software and does what it was made to do and
thats is to find leads in pretty much any niche
that you can think of.
I use the TLP for cpa work and list building
and i use it daily and yes im making money
with it.
Also i want to add that the support that backs
TLP is the best ive ever seen and thats hard to find
these days.
The members webinars are packed with great info i was on one lastnight
and ill be speaking at the one going on next week sharing some great info
on how i put the lead portal to work for me!

So if your thinking about picking it up i would say go ahead and do so
and do it soon before the doors are closed.

I watched the video on their site and the software looks awesome. The basic function of the software is simply automating an age old craigslist method which does work. This of course speeds it up big time as opposed to contacting people manually.

Anyway, as I understand it it only pulls from CL right now, I could be wrong. I would be careful investing a lot of money in any kind of automation software when you're talking about CL. CL is constantly fighting and incorporating measures to combat automated functions on the site.

From the video and knowing that the core method does work, I have no doubt the software works. The problem is how will it do over the long term. Also one thing to consider is with a lot of people using this with the majority probably not taking the time to customize their systems, there are bound to be people eventually receiving the same style emails "helping" them find stuff they are looking for, and I would imagine somewhere down the line these emails will start to be reported.

Since LeadEvolution was mentioned (my tool -- not the Lead Portal), I thought I'd take a minute to respond to a couple misconceptions here. First, LeadEvolution is a lot different -- LeadEvolution has multiple different lead sources (including some new ones that rock for international leads), the ability to get e-mail notices as soon as new leads that fit your search criteria show up online (this is crucial if you want to land those big sales), 10 am to 5 pm phone support (and e-mail support), free 1 on 1 coach for a year, additional software tools and features to find even more leads, insanely optimized mailing features to ensure that your leads get mailed, etc..

Sure, it might have a decent price tag on it, but I think the features we have are well worth it. For instance, our awesome mailing features mean that your leads actually get the e-mail in their inbox instead of the majority of them never getting mailed. For instance, most people don't realize this, but even an e-mail like gmail can act differently depending on how old it is, how much it's used, etc., so if you don't have something that can automatically have the best settings, you might have 99% of your messages blocked. Kind of sucks if you just find 100 leads for people wanting to spend a few grand on you, wouldn't it?

LE is the only software using proprietary technology in how the mailing is done to ensure that your messages get delivered, and is just one of dozens of updates the software has had in the past while (we've had 30 new updates to the new 1.5 version alone). We also give away additional tools to find even more leads online.

So sure, the price is high, but we need it that way to really offer top of the line software. And when you consider how much money the software can make you, the price doesn't seem that bad -- it's more of an investment. And when all is said and done, who cares about the price when it's the return on investment that you should be looking at.

LeadEvolution has had TONS of testimonials from people making thousands of dollars even right off the bat, and I think that speaks highly of the software and the possibilities with it.

So although there certainly are those trying to copy some of the basics, and that might be more within your budget currently, we opted to create the best thing we could and to provide an awesome tool for the serious lead generators and online business people out there.
