E-junkie versus DL Guard

Like any business tools, you need to select the one which best matches your personal needs.

You're right, you do need to install DLGuard onto your server (though I do offer free installation for anyone that has any trouble installing), however to a lot of people this is actually a benefit.

It gives you full control over your system, more flexability and is much cheaper in the long run.

DLGuard also has no limit on the number of products you add or the size of the files. It also offer membership management.

There's a lot of benefits with DLGuard over Ejunkie, which is why it's so highly recommended by a lot of people and used by beginners right through to developers. I've even had people move from Ejunkie to DLGuard because DLGuard better fits their needs.

It's really about deciding which model and solution best fits your business.

Just as an aside, I had a look for support tickets under your name, and I only found one, and I had replied to it in 11 hours.

Were the delayed replies you mentioned via email or another method? I recommend people use the Helpdesk system on DLGuard.com, as this is constantly monitored and replied to quickly.
