I actually use both and they are both quite good.

If you have to choose one, I would go with BuildMyRank...their network is pretty strict as far as what content you are allowed to post. You can't use any spun content, it must be original. This keeps the integrity of the network much stronger and keeps it under the radar so to speak.

Also their reporting functionality is pretty good...you can see breakdowns of the PR on the articles you submitted. Also they shoot some extra links at your articles to get them indexed.

Blog blueprint is also good though. Steve Clayton and Tim Godfrey have built a pretty stable network and constantly replace domains that lose PR. Their restrictions aren't nearly as strict, in fact I typically post 1 spun article (spun 20 times) a day. I can get this done pretty quickly and then move on. The PR of the network is pretty good, the only downside is that I sometimes have 2 articles posted on the same domain.

Some other things to look at:

BMR: Up to 10 posts per day (per domain)
BB: Up to 20 posts per day

BMR: 1 link per 150 words (3 links max) per post
    BB: 1 link per post

They are both solid choices, best of luck!

I currently use both and Blog Blueprint is a monthly fee where you can post to as many domains as you want. With Build my rank you also pay a monthly fee but pay a certain price for being able to post to only 5 domains, then the price goes up if you want to post to 10 domains, 20 domains, 50 domains ... So are you limited to the amount of domains you can post to, depending on which monthly package you choose.

      Good Luck

I have used both BuildMyRank and Blog Blueprint. I still use BuildMyRank however, I have found that Blog Blueprint hasn't been working very well for a while and so I stopped my subscription. In my opinion, I think that Blog Blueprint has lost a lot of it's "ranking power" and is a lot less effective now than it was a year ago.

However, BuildMyRank has been doing really well for me. I use it in combination with Unique Article Wizard on most of my niche sites and sometimes even more moderate competition keywords, it only takes a dozen or two BuildMyRank posts to get my site to rank on the first page of Google.

The great thing about BMR is that it is one of the most "respected" blog networks out there by Google because it only accepts unique content and manually approves all the posts to assure proper grammar is being used. This is a bad thing from one perspective because you have to spend a lot of time writing posts (unless you have them outsourced). However, this is a blessing in disguise because Google sees that BMRs network of blogs are not a "content farm" and gives them a high PR. This means QUALITY backlinks for you!

I would highly recommend going with BMR if I were you.
