Is anyone here familiar with TargetAudienceOnline.com- a lead generation arm of GenerationX-solutions based in Canada? The company offers leads and email advertising services. I'd like to know what you think about the company.

Any info is appreciated.

I recently conducted a campaign where I purchased 3,000,000 email for $100.00. I received 400 clicks but no registrations to my page. This sounds a bit strange to me since how can I not have at least one reg from 400 click. Unless they are completely unrelated to my niche. So far, I'm not very happy, I will be speaking with the company on Monday to find out exactly who they are sending. I think it's impossible to have so many clicks and no one registering for a site where we will help people make money - I will post an update when I speak to the company.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - stay way - this is a lesson for me sent about I should have done more research - here is what I found on line and what happened - 1,200 clicks and 0 opt-in from three million emails. This is impossible of 20% converting page. I called customer service and they were not willing or able to try and help at all. They use bots and fake clicks. Here is another example of someone else getting ripped off.

This company is a MAJOR SCAM. I will be filing a formal complaint with the FTC. I just published an exciting book that exposes major corruption in the California Parole Dept. Amazon told me these books sell well. Guess what? No book sales on 1,000,000 emails! This defies rational explanation. This B.S. company is hiding in Canada. Too afraid to do business here in the USA? Folks, their testimonials are outright lies! The owner or owners of this fraudulent company should be thrown in prison. Please, please folks, stay away from these low lives. Target Audience Online is a MAJOR FRAUD AND SCAM. The Canadian government should file criminal charges against its owner(s).

Nope never tried them. Better search for them in Google to check some reviews to verify their businesses.

      Davy44, dtidd, and others,

Buying bulk leads and emails rarely, if ever, even pays you back for the "investment" in the service.

Your results are very typical. Millions of leads, few clicks, no sales or subscribers.

Of course, you are sold on the fact that the numbers can't lie - right? Put your offer in front of a million "hungry buyers" (they claim) . . . and let's be conservative, if you only get one sale in a thousand (very conservative estimate they claim), you will make 1,000 sales. If your offer is at $27, you've quickly made $27,000 in one mailing!

Zippidy Doodah . . . what a wonderful day! Isn't selling online EASY!!!

The companies that are luring you in are not going to disclose how they're targeting your offer, who it's going to (bots? dead email addresses? people who subscribe to link farms? low-grade mass mail services?)

I personally, over the past 18 or so years I've been online, have never heard of even one time where this mass email or lead strategy has ever paid off in terms of either subscribers or profit.

Forget the enticing fast track to wealth these methods promise. Build a real business by following the steps successful business owners have been willing to share.

The very best to all of you.
