Default new Nitro Marketing Quattro System - Thoughts?

Anyone considering.

I am in it for the 90 day review. The Quattro process is about using 2-3 upsell pages with your front end offer. Each upsell is designed to get to a continuity program and then coaching. You then apply this to several areas of your biz. Thats the core concept combined with the usual a-z topics of IM for a program like this.

What has me most interested in Nitro is the software to create multiple OTO pages. I am still waiting for my access info to be mailed out within 2 days of purchase so I can't comment on the content within trafficology or the software. They do give you a decent first traning video to passify you intially.

For me, this is likely going back, but I wanted to see what this was about. I learn alot from these launches. Yet, at 1K plus $147/mn after 60 day free trail to use the SW and content within trafficology would be hard to justify unless its something that I learn is truly unique and a must have. Yet, lets see what they got. And that price point does not include the 2 upsells 1) group coaching 2) 1:1 coaching

What I did notice about Nitro is that they seem to put some decent effort into converying the process and steps in IM from what I saw in pre launch so maybe they will get points for layout and teaching.. I like what John Reese did with his multi step outlines in TS2.

But back to the SW...maybe this can be done with scripts at elance? Would like to hear from others about coding multiple upsells and downsells pages with tracking...I think the master of this upsell process is Mike Filisiame. I saved all his pages from the 7figuresecrets launch. The best use of upsell pages, downsell pages I have seen to date. Really very nicely done and the pages looked good.

Conversely, I was a little surprised at the minimalist approach nitro used in thier upsells considering this is the core of their content.. Basically, a short paragraph of text, a page not very inviting to look at and a video. The video did not convert me, but I was not interested in the upsells anyway..

IMO - video is very hard to use as a primary conversion tool. I know there is debate about video, but for selling I think it needs to be short(3minutes for most people) and joined in combination with a traitional sales letter and an excellent pre launch...

The best use of video I have seen is from the stompernet team whether selling or teaching. I'd rather see most launches keep the talking head very short and mix in some screen capture vid showing the products, what you get, why its great heres an example etc...
just please get away from the 30-50 minute talking head vid of how great you are pitch. Sorry, I don;t agree that vidoe is the new way to showcase your sales letter unless you can figure out a way to get it all down to 10 minutes and mix it up.

I plan to keep my vids educational and instructive. Just rehashing text with a talking head is detrimental i.e. if your not a great speaker. Their, I said it.

I think its rare that many IMers can pull off this price point let alone the 2k's of recent launches and sustain low refunds. It now seems to be more about competing launches - who can sell the most vs developing a good solid LTV strategy around the customer. John Reeses TS2 launch was a beath of fresh air. But then again, was already a ton of free traffic content out there and many launches since TS1.

I 'm in. The results from my first start at it have been mind blowing and paid for the course twice over within a couple of days.

If you truly buy it to apply it you should see a return on investment too.
My friend who attended the live seminar in Dallas has made millions from it.

Buying products with intent to return is a waste of time. You will create a self fullfiilling outcome.

Hi James,

Can you elaborate a little on how this product was "mind blowing" and paid for the course twice over. I'm not saying it didn't do what you said, but testimonials like that, coming out so quickly, sometimes sound to good to be true. What was it about this product that allowed your friend make millions off of this?

Depending on which post your read, this is either a fantastic product or so-so. I will say this, the so-so description was a lot more helpful than the great testimonial.

Sure Joshua,

You are right to think it might be too good to be true. For many people making a few thousand dollars a day is still way off and just the thought of it is a stretch. Since you don't know me I will ellaborate and then with some context it should make sense.

First - you need to know that I am a massive action taker, and also I only promote stuff that I think is good.

I have a solid client base plus a lot of websites in different niches and good experience, I am in a position where I can leverage ideas and concepts fast.

In this case:

- I set up an affiliate site for Nitro Quattro - then watched the pre-launch blog and the lessons on it so that I could understand the market and the product to the best of my ability. They gave away some great ideas - the Russell Brunson seminar for example.

They explained the IFE - Irresistable Front End - A high converting front end offer.

I have been meaning to add that for a while to my blog and this prompted me to re-visit that.

Then they explained you need to make an immediate upsell for a higher priced product and then a recurring income product, and then a bigger bcak end like coaching.

Hence, 1,2,3,4

Front end
Upsell
Upsell recurring
Big backend

I only got alerted to the Nitro guys a few weeks ago because my friend attended the seminar in Dallas and told me this stuff has doubled his business.

He tells me he does over 3 million in sales at the moment as an affiliate. I know what his business model is and it involves the steps outlined in the quattro method. I have seen his business grow over the two years or so since I met him.

He has been coaching me on aspects of the Quattro method but I did not know where he got it from until he told me the other week.

Thinking about it, I realized of all the sites that I had built since then - the one he coached me on had the biggest list of subscribers, the highest upsell rate and the best sales funnel and the highest average visitor value.

Something clicked inside my brain.

The quattro blog had a small "implementation" competition so I decided to take action. (The last competition I entered was very rewarding for me and resulted in a very big prize - so I am keen on prizes).

So, I sat down and wrote a free report for the front end of my Internet Marketing Niche. It introduces my other products and has some links in it. I decided to give my best system away to help other marketers who may be struggling. It is in my sig file.

I also added a "big" backend to my IM sales funnel ($ mentoring) and I have already got students from that.

The report has been very popular, I posted some links to the report in strategic places and I am also using a special traffic promotion method to gain exposure.

I built a list of hundreds - (almost 1000) within a few days and the average visitor value is well over $2 each from affiliate and product sales.

The Quattro course cost about $1000 and I have not finished the sales funnel yet. There are a lot of new products and offerings in the works right now and my list will continue to build.

I used the actual Nitro squeeze page template as the basis for my squeeze page and I started split testing. The page converted at over 50% for the first version. Now I am split testing more versions.

I made a video as they suggested and put an affiliate link for recurring product on the download page as per the suggestion.

Since posting the first quattro review I watched the first lesson on streaming video, have added a split test squeeze page with a free report and upsell on the thank you page to one of my larger direct linking campaigns in a non-im market. The conversion rates have increased substantially and I am recycyling the list through other product over time likie my friend taught me.

Now I just received my quattro box today, read the manual from front to back and am re-engineering many of my sites. I expect to see substantial changes.

I rate the product and the concept is a winner for me. I don't promote things unless I like them. This is a real program and it works.

I was able to make substantial changes even before the thing arrived. I think it is the kind of information that you can apply to a current system and see immediate results.

(I also picked up a prize for taking action in the competition .

I hope that helps.

James, thanks for the great write-up. It was very helpful and informative. Made me want to rush out and buy...

I'm also really impressed with what you've done. I'm really big on taking action, but knowing what to take action on and what to pass up are incredibly important and difficult to know in advance.

I can't tell you how many times I've spent day and days implementing something I've learned from some product or another, only to get little to no results. Of course, it could be I'm only thinking that I'm implementing things correctly.

Hey - I know that feeling.

Peter Drucker used to say something like:

"doing the right things is better than doing things right"

So once you know what does not work
- cross it off and then never do it again

Trying more things at first will lead you to what does work through a process of elimination. It will get you somewhere rather than nowhere - which is where non-action take you.
