Good Site Flipping Course to Recommend?

I guess Lydia you have been to Flippa and learned all you can from them.

I have purchased a few WSOs here and you are 100% correct, they want to teach you how to choose Domain Names and point the DNS servers etc etc etc when all we may want is just know how to flip a site.

So my ditto has been added.

I think the best way to do this is to go to the "Just sold" section and check out the sold listings.

Pay close attention to how they write their descriptions, what type of sites they are selling, how they construct their titles etc. I noticed that if you spend some time on writing a good, detailed description, it will pay off in the end. If you are selling new sites, never set a reserve price and always include this in your title (NO RESERVE)

I don't think you should spend money on such courses. You can learn it yourself, very quickly.

Dave Hermansen offers tons of good free info on flipping websites on his Store Coach website. him & his brothers are about as successful of 'site flippers' as you'll find. They've built up and sold off dozens of websites.

First, I wouldn't really buy a course about Flipping websites... If it is free, then go for it.

If you are using Flippa, then steps 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are all related to pretty much what you need in a good listing.

You don't really need step 2 because if the listing is great than people will buy. Of course step 3 can be found by doing a simple Google Search. But you have should know that something that may work for someone else, may not work the same for you.

If I made any money with my sites I always make sure I state that in the Title, because this will give more people the reason check my listing out. You should also use Google Analytics when showing proof of traffic, this is much reliable than AwStats in my opinion.

Hype up the traffic the site is getting, and sales that the site is getting. Do not lie about sells, and make sure you tell the complete truth about everything. When someone bids on your site, make sure you contact them and thank them for bidding... Remember to tell them about the "Buy It Now" bonuses that they will get if the click the "BIN" button.

I found out the the more keywords you have in the listing the better. So I personally try and add enough keywords in my listing, so if someone does a search my listing will show.

I bought Piper Anderson's flipping guide and really liked it. I didn't take action on it per se but that knowledge came in handy in other ways, and I think I still might try it. Very simple and to the point and cheap if I remember correctly too.

Sorry to say but when you offer something free, you're always not offering everything you know right up front. There's always something being held back so that the readers will keep coming back for more nuggets.

Saying that I may still take a look at the free course that Massiveray has mentioned. Thanks for the heads up.. I hope it covers what I really want to know..
