Don't Buy Mass Article Control

Hi,

Just to forewarn fellow Warriors about my experience after having spent $77 on Mass Article Control.

I bought the software which basically is split in two; Mass Article Creator, and Mass Article Submitter. As the names suggest, one helps you create, or rewrite articles, and the other lets you submit your articles to 10 article directories. I probably paid more than $77 as I upgraded to 20 sites to submit to rather than the 10 standrad ones.

It was a while before I used it as I do have a full time job and I try and do Internet Marketing in the margins. The Mass Article Creator does not work the way shown in the videos, and the Mass Article Submitter is even worse; it doesn't recognise the log ins. Obviously you have do put in your log in details into the software first before it mass submits.

Admittedly it was after my 60 days but I asked for a refund.
Got told to make sure I used the user name and not my email address or something. Tried that but still no joy. Asked for a refund again and again and this time they are conveniently ignoring my requests.

Surely if they are so confident about their software, they should give me a refund. The program is by Andrew X and Steven Lee Jones.

Bottom line.
Don't buy Mass Article Control as the software doesn't work properly, and they won't respond to refund requests.

Btw
When I had a couple of other queries, they responded straight away. But when it comes to refunds, they'd rather ignore you and keep your money.

Abdul

Is that a clickbank product? You can ask for refund in clickbank with the transaction ID, they will process the refund.

Not after 60 days. He only has himself to blame for not asking for a refund during the actual refund period.

"Admittedly it was after my 60 days but I asked for a refund."

So basically, he's angry at them for honoring their refund guarantee, lol.

        I agree.
        It is my fault.
But shouldn't I get some kind of response saying they can't refund me rather than ignoring my requests?

That's the whole point of a "Refund Period."

It way passed the refund period...what did you expect?

Instead of getting upset and bashing something just because it's your fault and even admitting it's your fault, take responsibility; this just makes you look like a fool.

If it were still within the refund period, then it would be their fault; otherwise, many people would take advantage of refund of "oh hey, I bought your product 20 years ago, I never used it until now and it sucks, so I want my refund back."

Read between the line. With them ignoring you, that's they're way of saying no. Yes, I admit they should have been upfront and just directly tell you it way past your 60 days refund period, instead of ignoring you. So that I know where you're coming, but whining about it makes you look weak.

          Well, live and learn.

Mass Article Control is outdated. The Best Spinner is much better.

Why don't you try Article Submission Helper instead?

It's free yet it allows you to add, edit and delete article directories on top of the ones the software provides.

As for spinning articles, I don't encourage that due to Google recent P and P updates. I prefer you rewrite into your own words or outsource it.

Software is just a tool and one you can use to get things done more efficiently. It will also help you put your marketing PLAN into effect quicker.

Two lessons here. One is obvious. You aren't going to get a refund after two years. The other is, software will not rewrite anything that anyone serious about business would use.

Another thing worth mentioning is article directory marketing is all but dead, along with mass article submitting software. So if it's any consolation, that software wouldn't work even if it did work.

    Hi,

Tools are just things that can help us but it is not we are after about in marketing.
We marketers are into social interaction rather than marketing software. You can build relationships or i can say a strong relationship with your colleagues and they will help you more than the software. Tools are indeed helpful but this is internet marketing.

    Cheers!
