Recommendations for A good WP Popover Plugin?
Looking for a good versatile pop over plugin that I can use to advertise that if they call now they can get an extra discount. Something low key that won't scare visitors away as this is for a local business and he needs his phone to ring!
There are several to choose from, but would like personal recommendations.
Free or Paid doesn't matter - just something good and reliable that gets updated regularly.
