What is the Best Site Buying and Site Flipping Product / Course?

Hi,

I'm looking into buying and selling websites.

And I'm looking for a course/product in buying and selling websites that is:

1) Up to date: What sells for 2 years ago doesn't sell today. E.g. autoblogs
2) Idiot friendly: The course have very clear instructions (from start to finish) that even an idiot like me can follow that. (I don't mean simple technical stuff like how to install wordpress).
3) Big profits: I'm not looking for desperate "instant cash methods" or "zero cost" methods. I have some money and time to spend (but not so much).

    Well it all depends, buying websites and then flipping them for profit is much harder than a lot of people say it is.

    I don't know if you are looking to create new websites and then flip them for cash or if you are looking to flip established site?

    Anyway, I wouldn't go about reading an ebook even though some might have good information in it. A lot of people learn by doing it themselves, and others learn by actually getting trained by someone that is successful in flipping.

    A good course/product that I would love to see would be a type of "membership" of training videos(Domains, Building Sites, Getting Traffic and Sales to Final Flippa Sale), ebooks, questions and answers, success and fails, and of course UPDATES!!! If the owner of the course/products sales a website, he should update and explain what he did and what he could of did. A good course/product is constant material being published for members.

    I remember a year or so ago, FlippaKing released the WSO about building and selling turnkey service websites. Well pretty much everyone that bought the WSO was stupid because they copied his method from top to bottom and they put up like 10 websites for auction on Flippa. Then they got upset because the method got saturated, and only sold 1-3 sites.

    But building turnkey service sites isn't saturated, and they still can sell for a lot(so can autoblogs). What I am trying to say is when you find a course that is right for you, don't copy it from top to bottom. Throw a twist into the method and make it your own. If you read an ebook, that says "you can sell a website that has no traffic or revenue," then you should try and get traffic and revenue before you put it up for auction on Flippa.

    Sorry, I really didn't answer your question fully. Just my personal opinion.

    Yes I agree with the most of what you said above. Buying and flipping websites is a more "art work", and thus, it's a bit hard to find a "step by step" site flipping course.

    And if there's a step by step site flipping course, like the FlippaKing's course, it may be outdated because of the saturation and the rapid changes in the marketplace.

    (I remember FlippaKing's course too. He had a forum place, but today the forum isn't available. But his course was more for a "quick money" method)

    I'm not looking for "quick money" flipping methods, (e.g. building a website and then flipping it in the same day to make 100 dollars quickly)

    But I'm looking into making GREAT PROFITS over the next months.

    Do you or anyone know a great subscriptopn / membership program on buying and selling websites for profits?

      Yeah, flipping a new website on the same day wouldn't get you a good revenue going. Some people are able to do it without a problem but you have to then think of how many sites do not sale.

      I build simple turnkey service sites, I recently started purchasing 10 sites a month, and wait a month month before I put the sites up for auction(not on the same day). I found out that this gives me some time to send out emails to my list, build traffic, and generate sales from these sites.

      I know Killer Flipping Secret had a forum, I never bought that course because it cost $197 dollars(the last time I checked) and I don't know if their forum is still active. Of course, how active?

      When you do find what you are looking for, try to hold on to the site for about a month or two. Get traffic and some sales, then turn around and sell it. If you are able to build ten sites, and get traffic and revenue to all sites, you can make a nice profit when you sell them.

      Most people will say if all 10 sites that are generating income, why sell them? Well because, it is mind boggling to try and manage 10 sites all at once(orders, questions, concerns, complaints). You will go crazy, best thing to do is to sell them for a profit.

    You can check out "Lump Sum Profits" by Ryan Moran. His course is quite expensive so do your research first before you purchase.

    As others have pointed out, flipping websites may not be as easy as it looks.

    There is a new program, Internet Tycoon, for buying and selling domains and businesses. It is by Kenny Goodman and Justin Gilchrist. Kenny Goodman has been known for years as a "go to guy" for domaining. Their site is still pretty new so when I checked it out the Marketplace was not too active but I am sure it will grow and probably has since I checked it out. They have training and lots of resources that are not dependent on how many people are using the Marketplace to buy and sell. The website with a short 3 minute video is Internet Tycoon - Buy Sell and Grow Profitable Websites Monthly fee is something like $99 and they say it will be going up to $129 later, I am sure after they get enough members. I think it is a good program but I am busy with something else so figured the $99 was a little steep for something I would not be using right away. It might be what you are looking for as from what I understand they are two leaders in the domain business.
