Anyone heard of Lance Scoular's Import Export home study course

Stay away from it. I bought his course in Jan month this year. He offers guarantee for one year. When i asked for it, he refused on the pretext that since i bought at discount, the guarantee is not valid. This fact he did not mention on the face of marketing brochure but he had hidden it in the disclaimer.
Moreover, his all the videos of over 20 hours are bunch of crap which you can find free over the internet. It does not have any practical application but rather he teaches or delivers lecture on documentations & processes which you can find abundant over internet. He did not discuss anywhere that how can you start this business with low investment or how can you find lucrative market or how to research or how to use others people services, which he claims in his marketing brochure.
Not only that but also upon my demand for refund and asking that why did not he disclose non-refund for discounted course, he blocked me for all future emails. Even the member area is not working. This guy is pathetic and rude in his interactions.
