Would like help with my blog

Hey fellow warriors
I put up this blog and I would like to know what you think? I am having trouble getting traffic and making sales on my blog. It is is the weight loss category and I have seo vine articles being put on it several times a week for content. I am confused as what to do to improve it.     I can understand your problem, your blog built in wordpress and you use various plugins such as all in one seo pack and many more, which is a good practice. I would like to suggest you to optimize your blog, I mean make external links nofollow. Make social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and promote your blog, blog post and videos on it, it will definitely increase the traffic of your blog.

    One more thing Valene, as you know the website structure plays very important role to engage visitors to read. So I would like to suggest you to improve the structure and navigation links.
