Stupid P.O.S.!!!!

I've tried 7 times now and the stupid thing still won't take my card(s). Why can't I just pay with paypal?

If I get charged 7 times and have to cancel 7 times I'm going to be fried!

Be sure to check your credit/debit card records. I got charged 3 times!

It makes you wonder that with all the money they're making why they can't find
the expertise to put this together glitch free.

Plus, the OTO, upsell crap was waaayyy overdone.

I guess the take away is it's a very good, real world example of what not
to do. :=)

If I'm not mistaken, they do had some issue with their server too in their initial launch and first few hours, and some orders goes wrong.

But then they have the problem settled in the next few hours.

I think #1 and #2 are the most valuable by far. They are very good, useful pieces of proven software. I already own both of them plus his directory submitter and nothing else he's offering interests me much, so I'm considering Mark Ling's bonus instead.

If you don't own SEO Elite and KE then Brad's bonuses are great.

Yep, these guys are confusing, they will send you 3 different emails, one of them mentioning the payment ($9.95) and the last 4 digits of your card, this is the receipt I pasted in the support request

Like many of you I experienced the frustration of trying to have my credit cards accepted for a lousy ten bucks...not once not twice but three times on each of my 3 credit cards. To ad insult to injury I stayed up late 3am Australia to participate. After an hour 15 minutes I gave up. Sent support ticket to them still no response. Also sent notification to the affiliate link owner I was clicking through to let them know about the issue and to protect my bonus if I ever got through.
Went to bed and now 12 and half hours later thought why no try my Debit card. Well, as I was about to complete the form again for the 10th time I decided to check the last check box which was about further Guru benefits. I had pointedly ignored this sales tactic on my previous 9 tries. Guess what ...my card was accepted and I was presented with the inevitable array of decending upsells. Still I'm in and hopefully my DVD will find its way to sunny Australia!

I've also got through with my AMEX now. Tried checking the box to say I was interested in the videos as suggested by someone above and that seemed to finally do the trick. I didn't have to actually take the upsell, just had to tick the box that said I was interested. And . . . my emails have arrived. Now I'm going to get a cup of coffee and explore :-)

I got 3 emails reminding me to complete my transaction but not a single email from customer support... LAME! This is a bad start for these guys.

I just posted a full review of PPC Classroom 2.0 on my blog. I also had problems getting my credit card accepted, as documented here and here.

For less than $10, I think the content for the basic (lifetime) PPC Classroom 2.0 membership is good value for the money. I only wish you didn't have to navigate through four separate upsells just to get there...

But what I really don't like is the fact that the "PPC Inner Circle" is NOT accessible to me until after 30 days, which is when my first $97/month payment (if I don't cancel before then) will be made. Not sure how I'm supposed to be able to try the forum for 30 days for free... that's deceptive advertising in my mind.

Looks good so far. Amit's stuff is v. good. Keyword research is the KEY folks.

These days I rarely pay for any continuity membership except by Paypal. Experience has shown me that it's a great pain canceling further payments when the merchant has your credit card details as hostage. In many instances, just finding out HOW to cancel is a real challenge. Then you have to go through the process of making a request through their system and hoping it gets processed in time.

In 30 days PPC C2 will probably have thousands of new members trying to cancel their membership - all at the same time - and all being processed by their support system.

This is not a criticism of the product as that is a re-release of PPC C2 and I'm familiar with the content - it was released at a cheaper price last year. The higher membership price evidently makes it easier to get joint venture partners.

The modules, templates, graphics, etc are very good, as are the webinars.

That's what I've been wondering too since autumn 2007. This is the third time around. I suppose there will always be some problems that are difficult to anticipate, but I think the PPC Classroom launches are just too ridden by problems.

I'm not among the ones that are keen to get into it, but I thought PPC Classroom 1.0 had lot of good information. I really didn't get the time to follow up as I should have, so that is not the fault of the PPC Classroom staff. I'm left with a lot of good PPC education on my harddisk though, in the form of downloaded webinars and presentations.


What I felt a little dissatisfied with was;

• When I joined I got as a bonus the possibility to take part in a seminar in Las Vegas for free. Bear in mind that the initial price for joining PPC Classroom 1.0 was around $500. When you get a bonus like that, you somehow expect that what you get is the possibility to network and the great content of the seminar. Living in Europe, and not having the means to travel to Las Vegas to take part, the least I had expcted was to get the DVD recordings from the seminar for free. So, when I found that members in my situation would have to pay to get the recordings, I got a little annoyed. I suppose the content would be worth paying for but didn't like it anyway.
• The whole thing sometimes seemed to lack sufficently good organization. Like members once waiting for a recording of a webinar or presentation that someone thought someone else had uploaded. I also felt that available downloads could have been organized in a far more professional way. Before I left the membership after having stayed there far too long, until June/July 2008, I went through it all to make sure I had downloaded all available content for later viewing/listening. They then were in the process of preparing for PPC Classroom 2.0 and had compicated the login experience by in someway having more than one entrance. I really had a job getting to the downloads. I had to log in through one of the entrances to the main site, get into the forum, do some detective work to find a thread that explained where the downloads could now be found, follow a link in that thread that led me to an entrance where I had to log in once more, before I could finally get to the downloads. When you have people paying somewhere between $40 and $50 month after month to stay a member I think that just is not good enough.

I think my point is;

PPC Classroom may show great businessmanship in the sense of being able to make good money and teach others to do so, but not when it comes to organizing an having good business systems in place.

I think that's the main reason why I've not been interested to join the second and third time around, however good the content. Maybe I'm an idiot.LOL

I ordered PPC Classroom 2 at 9 am PST when they opened. Used credit card. No problem EXCEPT then a welcome video came up saying they would notify me by email. So it has been 30 hours and I have submitted support tickets, sent emails and called their phone ( mailbox full). Am I the only one who's paid and hasn't recieved the follow-up email yet? I don't have time to keep trying to connect. Cancelling may not be easy either.

I got a further email after the video with log-in details, however, that email also stated to keep an eye out for an email that would tell me my DVD has been shipped.

I also checked my bank account and nothing has come out of it yet despite the email from them saying it had, so I'm really not sure anyone has any clue whats happening..

If anyone hears anything in regards to Brad Callen's bonuses or from PPC Classroom's support desk can you please post in here?

I did not like that I had to go through 4 upsales to finally order.

Ok it looks like I am not the only one who thought "Inner Circle" was their forum. I contacted support and this was their response...

The Inner Circle is actually just the name of the new basic PPC Classroom 2.0 membership, which includes coaching calls. There isn't a special section to access. Sorry for the confusion!

So now I am really confused. If

PPC 2.0 = Inner Circle
and
Inner Circle = $97/mo

then what am I getting for free? Or is this just a free trial? If so they should have just said so from the beginning instead of making a huge deal about it being free.

Anyway I am going to contact support about this again. If anyone has any further info please share.

One more thing, what "coaching calls" is support talking about did I miss something?
