Thanks for this question, George. When I found this thread, I decided to purchase the book and now I'm 90% through and here's what I think: This book is gold! Mark Anastasi really overdelivers with The Laptop Millionaire. He goes over every strategy he's used to make build his business and make over $7,000,000 step-by-step. This is the last and only IM book you need if you want to make a full time income from home. There's literally thousands of dollars worth of information contained in these pages. For $15 it's truly a steal. I truly believe Anastasi's book is the Internet Marketing Bible and everyone serious about IM should read this book!

I read it, There are some quality topics to the book. Worth a read....

Hey there. I read this book, and although a decent book, it still has the "not enough information to do a lot of good" problem attached to it. If you go through the book realizing it is a book of ideas and concepts, and NOT a complete and comprehensive step by step manual on how to be a success in IM, then you will be well pleased by it. If you go through it thinking it's the answer to all your IM success prayers, you will be dissapointed.

You have to remember that the vast majority of the books on this subject (as well as others) are mainly sales pages for the authors other more expensive products, services, seminars, etc. Nothing at all worong with that, iosce this is a businmess. It's a great business model. Just be aware of the limitations of a 200 pages book from the bookstore.

I visited Mark's site and it is incredibly useful. But if you dig further down in to what he offers, his product packeges go all the way up to around $27,000! Again, I have no issue with that.

After all that said, the book is EXCELLENT for what it is and Mark is a great teacher. I just pointed out the above facts just so you are fully aware.

Must say, I have just finished the book today and although there is a lot of stuff in there that I already knew. There was also lots of new things Tips and Techniques, links etc so all in all its worth a read.
I do tend to pick up the latest publications and some are good some are not so good, however this is an easy read and I think most people will get something from it.

Incidentally I too travel the world spending time in whatever location I choose, I am currently in Florida and then will move onto Europe, and no I do not sell " Get Rich quick Schemes". I am just a normal guy who gets on with things and makes things happen.

Two choices guys, Read the Book or Don't Read the Book, at the end of the day you decide your destiny

It's true, I have just began to realized after chasing every WSO promises to make money and become successful but only to find out there is no such thing as a get rich formula. I learned that through the process by wasting 18 months of my time. But now I have a new formula it consist 3 main points, they are My Goals, My Commitments to achieve them and My Focus.

I'm in the process of creating my own destiny. This book can be good or bad, but you can only gain from reading it. At the end it's your experience.

I'm inspired by people like you who make things happen and travel the world. This is my dream, I want to travel and learn and help people to raise their living standards. I want to create a network with like minded people to support eliminate poverty by giving basic needs to under resourced people around the world.

Currently reading it right now. It's a very good book so far. Even if it does have things you already know, there's still a ton of gold nuggets in it and some pretty nice entrepreneurial advice. I definitely would recommend giving it a read.

I haven'y read or even heard of the book yet, but one thing I'm pretty sure about is it all starts with you. No matter how good a book is, its up to you to do something about it.

I would also suggest to scrutinized everything. Blindly following things just because they sound good is not good. It may work for one person, but it didn't necessarily mean it'll work for you.

Hi,
I went to a Sydney Australia event (Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th Nov) even though I usually stay away from seminars (my friend dragged me along) and he was very forthcoming with real information.

Although I've not read the book yet I will say he is on par with real world principles.

I've already utilised some principles they teach and made a few really good sales rather quickly.

All in all, very genuine and gives principles that really do work.

George,

It's because of The Laptop Millionaire that I am getting involved in Internet Marketing in the first place. I may be a newbie, but I have researched a lot of the things he wrote about in his book and I honestly believe he is the real deal.

I feel this book provides a great opportunity to work for oneself. However, we cannot stop there because even though he provides us with as much as he could've, he cannot walk us to success. We have to do that ourselves.
