As soon as I realised it was an annoying continuity video I hit delete which gives you a pop up to say that you get this $2k software free. So I put my email in and I get a "coming soon" message. I am not pleased.

I watched the first 10 minutes of an over hyped video...can't see how one line of code on a website is going to drive thousands to ANY website, never mind convert hits to loyal clients and then to dollars. Another one of those " scam the newbee" BS schemes.

Yeah I watched this video to the end, then clicked the stay on page and get the software for giving my email. Then I get directed back to the same page to watch the video all over again. Click to leave and you get the Stay On The Page and get the $10 off the original $39 so it's now $29

Almost tempted to get it just so I could give an honest review but ashamed to say I don't have $29 to spare at present.

Traffic Tempest Review (Too Long; Didn't Read moved to top. :-)

TL;DR: - For complete noobs (newcomers/beginners). Nothing new or creative. Upsells into software and coaching. No idea what's involved with software or coaching.

NOTE: The Forum Marketing tactic is useful and when executed properly works well. Honestly, this tactic alone, when coupled with a well built landing page or website + funnel may be worth the $29 alone to some people.

Funnel Tactic (My opinion ONLY - with 15+ years of experience): Based on the pitch videos/sales funnel and subsequent materials one receives for $29, they clearly meant to entice initial purchases, build their list and measure refund rates. They did a good job of this. Once inside, affiliate links litter the download page as they guide the noob to get a few tools (hosting, ZIP etc.). Assumes noob already has a website and affiliate relationships/offers in place. Does give some guidance on the logic behind setting up offers site.

    Traffic Tempest Review

This is for noobs...folks who have never attempted to get traffic. It's full of very BASIC traffic generating tactics. The documentation says, outright, that they are all tried and true methods and indeed they are , however, for $29, you simply get a PDF with instructions. (After the hype of the video I'll queue the Debbie Downer music for you - wah...wah...wahhhhhhhhhh).

The tactics consist of well-known, documented online marketing tasks and the instructions are decent for noobs. Anyone who wants to actually execute these tasks (in any quantity/volume) AND have a life will quickly realize that it becomes difficult without, A. outsourcing to overseas workers or B. using software to automate.

    What is it good for?
I'd use it as a guide to train overseas workers to perform these tasks for you.

    In Fairness
The instructions given are specific to "their way" of executing each task. Overall, their tactics are decent and the instructions are clear. Noobs will read about article marketing, video marketing, Web 2.0, social bookmarking, pinging, Q&A marketing, a little on FB marketing, Wiki marketing and several others. Again, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, but in some instances they leave out the "context" and mention getting others to write articles for you but provide no resource to turn to (They may do this intentionally to increase coaching inquiries). That said, if one were to do as instructed in the materials, they may achieve results.

    Summary
After reading through this and knowing how long it takes to execute all of the methods included in Traffic Tempest, IF you buy it, I'd suggest outsourcing all of this. Use the material to train a worker and pay them $.85 cents/hour to execute for you.

    Hope this was helpful...

I've been trying to uninstall it for a long time. Can't find it in my Program Files, but it always wants to start up when I start my computer.
