Affiliatenaire - Jimmy D. Brown

This is a course on becoming a Super Affiliate following Jimmy's fixed term membership blueprint.

Has anyone signed up and gotten the first lesson, or know what he has in store that may be different from other affiliate courses?

I just came across his site and was also interested in knowing more about it...Actually, the only thing I want to know if his course is devoted to PPC...

Jimmy is a clever marketer. I looked at the sales copy but was turned off by the "membership" thingy.

Why take you through months of lessons, when you can deliver the material in one shot?

Of course, the answer is $$$. Jimmy knows most people don't stay long in membership sites.

According to my experience coaching "struggling" affiliates, getting everything in one shot lead them to do... absolutely nothing (most of the time).

So you may consider getting the lessons and get the time to actually APPLY what you learn.

        Thoughts,

        Franck

I signed up because A) Jimmy always has
a few clever tricks to offer and B) to learn
from the format of the course itself.

Lesson one is the basic sort of "pick a
niche" stuff you'd expect to start out
with. I think there are some very nice
    insights for newbies to intermediates.

I think anyone suffering from info
overload, on a limited time schedule,
and willing to take each step as offered
will benefit from what little I've seen.

I've never been disappointed by the
value JDB offers in a product and I
write this review out of respect for
one of the few "gurus" who's just a
class act, letting his product speak
    for itself minus the hype.

Thank you for the info. If you are really interested in part B then I would recommend How To Setup Your Own Membership Site in 48 Hours Or Less which goes over the format he uses for his Affiliatenaire course. I am on week 2 of that course and it is the same stuff such as choosing a niche, but I am definitely looking forward to learning from Jimmy.

Also, I have that problem, that if I get too much info at once then I get overwhelm paralysis and end up doing nothing. That is why I was so interested in this course.

i have my membership with both affiliatenaire and membernaire . i am in the first week . what i can see is that its a basic version . like a marketer like me who is already in advanced stage feels bad to wait for his future lessons for months.

but hoping to see something new instead of the samething like nich research , keyword research etc. i am intrested in getting some blue print exactly . so lets see what he shows.

    thanks

I just got an e-mail from Jimmy saying he was going to close down the Affiliatenaire site within the next couple of days because he was nearing his 1,000 member limit. Can someone that bought from him before, is this a scarcity tactic or will he really shut it down?

If it reaches the limit, he will shut it down. He did with Membernaire. It will likely open back up though when people refund, cancel memberships, etc. Again, he did with Membernaire.

You guys were right. Affiliatenaire now has a SOLD OUT sign hanging on it's door. And he said to get on the list for when people drop out or finish and he reopens it. That, to me, is very trust-worthy in the IM field.

$27 a month - sure he could have made it a one off fee and given us it all up front - but I wouldn't have been able to afford it and it probably would have gathered dust. This way I know that I have a lesson coming each week and I have to make time to work through the steps. I have bought a couple of other courses from Jimmy and have always been highly impressed - I signed up as soon as his first email about it hit my inbox!

Jimmy is a clever marketer and what I like about him is he walks the talk. It's still too early to comment on Affiliatenaire as this is only the first week.

  • I agree about the clever aspect. I haven't honestly seen the weekly reports, but it's definitely a unique twist. I hear about so many ppl getting information over load (if anyone has read affiliate payload, I felt this way after reading that) and not knowing where to start or how to begin.

By breaking his course into weekly increments, the user can easily apply one technique after another, while learning something new every week.

I would never of thought of it, and I think it's a great learning model.

Jimmy is brilliant. The problem I have is that he literally gives me a headache. I don't know how he can rattle off so much content without taking a breath.

I'm currently taking his course because I love affiliate marketing and Jimmy always delivers top quality information, plus he never leaves you clueless. He offers his best tips and ideas to get you started.

For some they get stumped on the preliminary steps and never get off the ground. That's why Jimmy's step-by-step approach through his weekly lessons work so great! You definitely don't get overwhelmed.

He sticks to his word. If you are interested get on the waiting list as spots do come open at times.
I am one of those who prefers weekly installments because I actually get the work done and don't 'forget' what I bought.

    Hi,

I'm new to the forum but I thought I'd give my opinion for what it's worth. I signed up and I'm up to the 6th lesson. Now I'm no expert but so far I think it's been pretty good. This is my first experience with a mentor but I've been reading a lot of affiliate marketing material and watching videos since I started last year. I one think I realized after wasting money is, if you are a complete newbie especially one who is not tech savvy, it's a good idea to invest in a mentor.

Now to jimmy's program, I think it's for persons who are very new to the business who need someone to hold their hand and take them through the steps. If this kind of approach does not work for you or if you are more advanced, then I would say find something else.

So far I've had no reason to complain. The lessons arrive like clockwork once per week and they are in simple, clear language. Most lessons are accompanied by a how to video of the lesson a few days after the lesson.

The way the lesson is delivered is to ensure that you don't overload and that you give your self time to digest what you just learned. Again this does not work for everyone but if you are like me it's a great thing. Once I have all the material I tend to try and tackel it all at once (i'm overzelous) and end up getting frustrated, which experience has taught me is just overload. The way these lessons are delivered I'm forced to take it slow.

Big plus for me is, whenever I have a question/problem I send a mail and I usually get a response within the day, more often than not within the hour.

Let me say again, this is for beginners. More experienced IM'ers may find it slow, plodding and therefore frustrating.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can help further.

    One Love
