Does anyone aware of new Articleranks to beat penguin update?

Hi,

I am sure that everyone of you know about ArticleRanks which is one of the blog network like BMR. But as you might be aware that all the blog network got effected after penguin, but ArticleRanks says that it has seen only 20% of its site got effected.

Also ArticleRanks have come up with penguin beating formula where it says it could help to recover and get better ranking.

Does anyone heard about this ? If yes can this new ArticleRanks gives better results and helps to beat penguin?
