Has anybody heard of the TweetSpice twitter tool? I just received a heads up off of Stephen Hawkins mailing list and it looks interesting.

I haven't and from a brief look at it, I would recommend you to keep a mile away from tools like this as I think it's spamming Twitter and the internet as a whole. In fact there have been numerous problems with similar Twitter Tools, like Tweet Attacks, Tweet Adder et al - http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ment-here.html. This is not the way to build a sustainable long term business IMO.

BTW whoever recommended this to you (who you say is Stephen Hawkins), I would personally unsubscribe from his list quicker than than the speed of light!

No worries, if you can I would personally recommend you to contact them and see if you can get a refund for the reasons I have spoken about above, and please have a look at the link in my post as well for more info.

By the way, why would you put a thread up asking for advice and then minutes later without giving others a chance to respond you already jumped in to buy, why not wait?

I used to use to TweetAttacks for increasing my followers based on regional interests for my offline business. I didnt use it for the mass spamming methods which as you've mentioned is not really building a business. Since the demise of Tweetattacks Ive not seen anything decent that could do this for me. So I was really excited to get stuck in. I should really learn to curb my enthusiasm.

Twitter will ban you for things like that.

I haven't heard of it before. But since it offers a 30 day buyback guarantee, why not try it and tell us later?

I know a lot of people used TweetAttacks for mass account creation and posting etc and I from watching the video, I don't think this is in the same league for that sort of stuff. I think you can only use 1 account at a time which immediately limits it for spamming but suits me just fine.

No, I've not heard about it before, but I've heard about same kind of tool "Tweet Demon" from youtube and it looks good.

I have opened a paypal dispute with the owner of Tweetspice. So far he has refused to honor his 30 day money back guarantee. I'll post here if that changes, but until then I'd avoid Tweetspice at all costs. No sense in dealing with dishonest people.

Also note that if you buy a product and turn around immediately and ask
for a refund out of thin air the system notices that and may black-list
you, which will make it difficult for you to purchase from any vendor
using that system in the future, so if you are a serial refunder please
      walk away!
I bought Tweetspice on May 21, I requested a refund on June 11. It wasn't out of thin air. I used it for about 3 weeks on a daily basis while trying to evaluate a replacement for Tweetadder.

If you offer a 30 day money back guarantee and you have a "system" that may blacklist customers asking you to make good on that guarantee after 20 days, may I suggest you don't offer a guarantee at all or find a better system.

It is a twitter tool not spammimg. It is a powerful Social Marketing Tool that helps to manage your micro blogging twitter accounts.

I asked you for a refund on June 11 and I got no reply from you. So, 2 days later I emailed you again with the request. A few hours later that day, you replied and told me my refund was in the queue.
I waited for a refund for 6 days and never received it and heard nothing further from you. So I emailed you again to check the status and got no reply. I tried messaging you here several times as well and tried emailing you again, just to get you to acknowledge that you were at least processing the refund you had promised me and guaranteed on your website. No replies from you.
Finally, 14 days after my original refund request and 12 days after your only reply to me that it was in the queue, I filed a paypal dispute. You never replied to the paypal dispute either, so I did finally get paypal to refund my money.

The software itself isn't too bad, I simply found something else I preferred. Your business practices and communication skills do leave something to be desired however.

Just an FYI, for future reference, there is a specific sub-folder for social media conversations. Looks like you got some good advice here, but you may have gotten more/other in the appropriate posting space.
