Used it once without any problems.

People should realize, submitting press releases is not the same as social bookmarking or directory submissions. Accounts with your name and home phone # are required and all press releases must be approved by most sites before it goes live.

Press Release Software is by a fellow WF Member.

The reason it can guarantee #1 on Google News is that it is by time, every story will be at #1 at some point (how long, depends on when the next article with the targetted words are submitting). Think of it like eBay (your auction will always be at the top).
