I need to get myself sett up with a Help Desk but I need something that is not too difficult and is pretty idiot proof, both for the user and the administrator. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance... |

Thanks, I'll check it out. Do you use it? Does it send the user an email or is it all in forum form? Thanks, John |

Check out ReadyDesk. Tons of features for a great price. They did the installation for us.

Agreed, Kayako is great. Pretty sure there are other threads on this topic, try searching around.

I use Perl Desk. Probably not the easiest to set up yourself but they actually set it all up for me for no extra cost and are very prompt at sorting out any problems.

I use OSTicket, latest version (not the version you can "one click" install from Fantastico). It does everything I need and more, and it's free.
