what is the best website host

Hi warriors I want to change my current webhost which is bluehost, I have started with 3.95/month for 1 year but then I found out that after that I should pay 8.99/month which is too expensive and I should pay something about $120 for one more year.

I know that host gator is very good but for the starting 3.96 they only allow one domain, unlike bluehost . There is another one which is justhost with starting 3.5 for 3 years with a total of $126, which I find it very reasonable if I compared it with the $120 I have to pay for blue host for just one year

Anybody tried justhot before or recommend me a good cheap webhost. Bluehost I find it the best to start with but then it get's expensive I wish I have subscribed to blue host for a longer time.

I go with Dreamhost.com. Also, there are a lot of coupons floating around for them, so you can get a good deal!

I'm with hostgator. What I would say is, I would be careful about going to cheap. I had a major problem once and hostgator went through and sorted out 30 of my sites for free!

Cheap does not always = good.

What are your specs? Are you looking for shared, reseller or VPS hosting? What features would you like? Backups? Litespeed?

Remember, in this industry, you get what you pay for. I would recommend staying away from "unlimited everything" web hosts as there is no such thing as unlimited. It is a marketing term only.

Alright, any shared hosting plan should suffice for you. Pretty much everyone here will tell you HostGator, but 90% of those people have never used another web host. I'll clarify the differences below.

        Shared Hosting:

Shared hosting is where you have 1 single account that resides on a "shared" server that hosts multiple accounts. Under that 1 account, you may use "addon domains" to host multiple websites.

        Reseller Hosting:

Reseller hosting is where you are provided a master account (usually hosted on the same servers as shared) where you can create multiple "shared" hosting accounts.

        VPS Hosting:

VPS (Virtual Private Server) or VM, is where you have a virtual server, or "container" that has dedicated resources. You will still share a server with other VPS's, but your server will be more isolated from the rest. You will have a specified amount of storage, CPU & RAM.

        Dedicated Hosting:

Dedicated is similar to a VPS, but you have the entire server to yourself.

I'll go into detail on a few things I'd recommend - pick a standard shared hosting account to start with. I do not recommend piling a ton of addon domains onto a shared hosting account because it's a major security concern as the websites all reside under the one main account.

I don't recommend "unlimited" everything hosts, as they tend to have overloaded servers & even more strict policies as far as usage. Do you know where I can buy "unlimited" disks, because I don't..

Remember, you get what you pay for. Cheap, "we promise you everything" web hosting will end up being nothing but problems for you.

Look into providers who invest in additional software such as LiteSpeed, backup software, CloudFlare etc.

The "top 10" web hosts are not top 10 because of their quality of service. They are there because they're the top paying affiliates.

If you're looking to do more research, take a look over at Web Hosting Talk - The largest, most influential web hosting community on the Internet and read some reviews, recommendations etc. Warrior Forum is just going to tell you to go straight to HostGator. It has been passed down from the beginning affiliates.

I don't know how much value your websites have or how much you value them as far as performance & reliability goes, but if you do, I'd suggest staying away from bargain hosting.

My opinions above may sound biased since I own a web hosting company, but I can tell you them from almost 10 years experience in the IT & web hosting industry. I hope that helps!

"consideration of what"? I think you mean consideration of the highest paying affiliates.

We are a professional review website that receives compensation from the companies whose services we review.
The OP is looking for solid advice, not affiliates looking to make a quick buck on referring customers. Guarantee you none of those services have been reviewed by you. The same "top 10" are on every other site, and your site is hosted with Hetzner.

I mean hey, if you're actually reviewing services, I'll give you a free hosting review account to have my company added to that page. But I know it wouldn't because we're not paying $50+ commissions on each referral.

It's the same ol responses to every person looking for solid advice here on WF "I suggest you to read this top hosts [affiliate link littered website link here]"

Yeah, the cheap unlimited hosts, end up being very expensive,
when they are suddenly just... gone!

Might even be a good idea to get a couple of different hosts. Just in case
something does happen to one, you still have some of your other sites up.

I recently changed to hostwinds. Surprisingly they are very good with their server speed & support is almost instant even when you mail them. My site loads at lightning fast. Their shared hosting is comparable to other hosts VPS hosting. I am really satisfied with them for the price i paid (through WSO discount).

I am not affiliate with them. Just my honest opinion.

    Hope this helps.
