CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME WHY OVER 90% OF ONLINE PROGRAMS ARE NOTHING BUT MERE SCAMS? IS FRAUD BEGINNING TO TAKE OVER THE INTERNET?

Well Joseph, the "why" is a thing called money. And lots of it.
However, "over 90%" is in my opinion a tad harsh. Yes there are some scumbags out there. The name Mack Michaels comes to mind.
But there are also some genuine marketing experts and you should not paint everyone with the same tar brush.
Hang around in here for a while and you'll get to know who is kosher and who to avoid.
Fraud is a nasty part of life my friend. Just as much as vandalism, rape, assault and many other crimes. We all live to avoid the scum, but sometimes the scum seeks us out.

I'm a current member of Janelle Elms OSIRockstars. The focus is building a better eBay Store than your competition through the set up to marketing. She also teaches making money online (off eBay). She is very respectable in her field.

Well, I think it's part of the learning curve. You just have to sniff out the scam.

because everyone wanna make quick money and they can do any thing with so much study; that is why scam is so easy

Honestly if you think about it, a lot of the "scams" are saying the same things about making money. The way they interpret them are different and in turn we all believe that they are trash. I personally like wealthy affiliate because of the in depth detail for starters and such. the forum is also insanely helpful.

Because there is a "market" for it , there is a need for it, this is supply/demand and people are looking for quick money ....

when there is a demand, there will be supply. At the end it is our own greed and our very own altitude looking for shortcut and quick money.

A lot of products are called a scam simply because it wasn't what the buyer expected. The overhyped sales letters probably contribute to this. But, most products actually have some value -- at least if you haven't already bought a product that teaches the same thing.
