Membership software, what's your opinion/experience?

Hi, there are a ton of membership software, we tried most of them for many years but we think that they can be better.

Because of this we're building a new membership software and we're running a survey to know (and build) what people want.

Would you like to answer few questions? ( Membership system )

It requires just few minutes
#experience #membership #opinion #opinion or experience #software

Anyone? Do you think there is no need for another membership application/system?

There are already so many. It is hard to improve the current available systems, so it will be tough to get into this market.

Personally I bought recently the first 2 Drupal modules of my life (8 years using Drupal almost exclusively).
That's because they are a module for selling membership and another for setting an affiliate system (with payment)
I could have done it with free modules and ecommerce setup, but I was convinced that it would be better to have specialized and maintained paid modules for that.
Honestly all I wanted from a membership system it is first to be based on Drupal and secondly to be working fine, so I can focus on the benefits of the paid membership, not on the various bugs.

I think there is always room for innovation. If you are going to really work hard and make something great, it may be worth it. But if you are not 100% committed to this task and willing to put in tons of time without any guarantee, that you should probably invest your energy elsewhere. There are so many budding industries right now, there are few reasons to enter into an already crowded field unless you are really passionate about it and plan on being the best.

Hope that helps... have a great day!

      Sincerely,
      Roman
