Dragon NaturallySpeaking - Nuance is good.

If you have an iphone - download their free app. It is even better and you can email your text to yourself. Very handy.

DNS is speech to text software not text to speech,so wouldn't be any good to you.

Natural Reader may suit you better.

try windows speech recognition its free, go to your control panel under ease of access settings
dont no if its any good but its Free

I was interested in this post (I just saw a really long ad for Dragon Naturally Speaking) and decided to research TTS software, and I found this free TTS software that sounded like it would meet your needs I would love to purchase a really awesome TTS software soon, Dragon seems like it would be a natural choice. (pun intended)
